The purpose of the Title Check is that all the documents in my file are up to 65 years old, and I wanted an updated report confirming all is correct. Which it is.

Very quick and efficient service

This is a predatory business that charges significantly more for a service you can get through LANDATA. They advertise themselves as though they are an authority and hold the records but they’re just getting them from LANDATA and sending them to you - it takes longer than getting it direct yourself. Charged me almost $80 for a copy of the title and you can get it just as easy from LANDATA for $8.30.

I got a response very quickly and got the document I needed right away.
