Does exactly what it says. I was alerted when a company was registered under my name and could deal with it straight away. Simple, effective, and worth it.

Excellent and efficient service, highly recommended

Absolutely disgusted in this company. Our solicitors used this companies services for ID checks on the purchase of our property. There were continuous issues with the forms that needed filling which were never resolved quickly. We completed on the property in January 2025 and still (July 2025) receive weekly calls from this company claiming we owe them money for their services. We explained it was no longer anything to do with us as we had been invoiced by our solicitors for the services and it was their responsibility to get the funds from the solicitors. They acknowledged this and after speaking with the solicitors agreed that we would no longer be contacted about this and they will battle with the solicitors for the money (this was back in May). To this day, I still receive harassing emails and calls to say I owe them money. They’ve even gone as far as to call one of our giftors to say they owe them money even though they had nothing to do with the purchase of the property. I have blocked Title Guardians number and suggested my family involved with the purchase do too, however they still seem to get through as well as their emails.

I made an error filling in a document and couldn’t upload what was needed, Claire txt me back and updated my file as documentation had already been sent to my solicitor, she understood what I was going through and dealt with my problem quickly, and in a friendly manner. The Title Guardian portal is easy to upload and access but I needed some advice alongside submitting information. They dont hide behind the technology.
I was given an email, named person and their telephone number. Quite wonderful in today’s tech only world. Sophie who helped me was excellent. Knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, helpful. Highly recommend as swift and personable service.

It's triggered some alerts in the last year about companies house records which turned out to be "false positive" about me but they were valid to be raised (someone with same name and DOB!!!) and prove the service is working as designed.

I was frustrated with having to provide multiple forms of proof of ID and sent rather a narky email. It was responded to with a polite but also hilarious reply and really made me appreciate the people behind the emails.
