TLC Guitar Goods Opiniões

Excellent customer service and high quality offset diamond crowning files!!

The only improvement from my perspective is that the edges of the files were a bit rough and not rounded which could lead to unnecessary marking on the fretboard if not being careful but other than that I'm very happy with the offset diamond crowning files!! Thank you TLC Guitar goods!

I recently bought a a restoration decal for my Fender Stratocaster Plus again. The original neck, which I still have, is to be restored. Due to the time-consuming process of restoring, I bought a licensed strat neck without finish or decal so I could still use the guitar.
The first time I messed up the color of the decal, so I ordered a new one with the right color.
This time I got the wrong color.
AfterI sent an explaining email Alex sent me the right color swiftly and even put in an extra one. So I also got compensated for an error I made.
Great service!

I requested advice for product choice and got very decent advise that turned out great for my project. Quick Response. Also Great information on the website that will get you in the right direction if you are a newby like me. Swift delivery with a personal note. Can't get any better.

Davvero eccellente

Always a delight to order from TLC Guitar Goods, they sell very good products and their service is flawless, quick and very well packaged. Plus, a personal thank you card comes along with every order, which shows special attention to the customer. Thank you Sergon!

I received my order very fast, everything was perfectly done and fragile parts were packed very well, If the package was thrown the contents would be scratchless. I even got a handwritten note wishing me good luck with a nice guitar ornament. The prices are great and my experience has practically been perfect. Definitely will order again!

Great selection, great prices, and fast shipping. Their customer service is beyond reproach. I will continue to order parts and products from this company.

I have bought several products from this shop, I have always been happy with them, communication is clear and fast, honest costs and quality products.

Snelle verzending. Een aanrader

Top kwaliteit en echt hele goede service, aanrader. Decals zijn ook super!

very friendly and helpful company.
I had placed an order but made a misstake and emailed if they could change the product.
no problem
I also got good advice

Very fast, friendly and professional. The articles are practical, attractively priced and well boxed. I recommend this store for all guitar DIY works

Great, and super fast.

Prachtig!

Found this company while searching for some Super Assilex sanding sheets, as they were the only ones to sell single sheets. Had to ask a question first and they replied very quickly - always a good sign. My order arrived in good time, was well boxed and had a nice little thank you note inside. A really good experience from start to finish. Would definitely use again.

Fantastic service , quick delivery to Scotland, couldn’t be happier!
