My experience started with not receiving an additional 5% off the order that was a promotion by Andi!
I ordered anyway, received the item promptly, but the color and style wasn’t a good fit, ( first time to order) went to the website to “Start a Return”, followed all instructions, packed appropriately and printed their label, expecting to receive a credit back to my form of payment! Instead they sent a gift card, which I replied I didn’t want, but wanted a refund!
Was told they couldn’t do that and I should have put that in a notes section somewhere which was not in the “start a return Section” I used!
Disappointed, I reordered, this time a topper, using the gift card I was given! I had to order something!
Hit apply and noticed they had charged it to my card again, not to the gift card! Another e-mail!!! Was told I didn’t hit the apply button! I did!
This time I received a reply from the owner, said she could see I had used the gift card and she could manually fix it and return to my CC! She promptly did and suggested next time I hit apply! ( I had and she could see it entered)
The order I placed was a good faith order, knowing it was a can not return item, but really was locked in by this time having to order something!
The topper never made it out of the box, color not even close to what I could use!
She was very pleasant and was sorry my experience had been so negative!
It is the rabbit hole with the first order that upsets me the most. I hope that process is improved, locking me into placing an order I can’t use!

Absolute nightmare. I ordered a wig Jan 6th it never came. I emailed them to ask when it would be delivered , no date given, never any tracking. I then asked to cancel and if I did I would loose all the money. I still never received it. I’m beginning this company is a scam.

I ordered two wigs from TL Wig on 8 of November, not heard a thing from them every receipt no confirmation number nothing one Wig is 225.97 the other one is 218.97 I expect either the product or my money back. They don’t even send the email for tracking or anything.

I have ordered from many on line retailers but none as professional and honest as TL Wigs. I will never buy from anyone else. Thank you TL Wigs for being trustworthy, honest, and caring!!! I love how they treat you like family and not just another number. I have always gotten my packages within 2-3 days after purchasing. Amazing customer service! They do amazing weekly and monthly giveaways. Absolutely no reason to shop anywhere else!

Very happy with all my purchases at TL WIGS. I always get excellent service and I have never had a problem if I need to return a wig that just isn’t the right color or I don’t like. I think it’s a shame that there is a scam site using this company’s name. They have dropped the s off of wigs and are scammers. Buyers beware that you are on the correct site. You want to purchase from TL WIGS.

Super fast shipping and the very best customer service ever! Traci is the most wonderful person, she goes out here way to help her customers choose the right color and style. Love this store so much! Highly recommend. Beware there is a scam site that has stolen photos from TLWIGS. Do not shop with TLWIG without the s. That is a scam. TLWIGS is the best and a trusted retailer

TL Wigs has a great selection! I especially like the sales and discount codes they have on a regular basis. The customer service has always been super helpful and shipping is fast! I trust TL Wigs and buy from them regularly (which becomes a problem for my budget).

I ordered a short salt and pepper wig and they sent me a medium blonde wig. I ask them to please exchange it and they told me to take it to a hairdresser. I filed a claim with PayPal and now they want me to ship it back to China at my cost and they will give me half my money back. This company is a scam. Evidently they have no quality control and their mistakes are paid for by their customers.

Traci from TL Wigs gives personal service and helps with styling and taking care of your pieces. She has many videos showing colors & how the wigs look from all directions. Her prices cannot be beat.

Be sure to spell it TLWigS, with the S when you look her up. Don't be fooled by the copycats.
