My experience with TM was very positive from start to finish. Thanks to the Sales Team for accommodating my viewings and keeping me updated during the period of the sale of my property. Really bad website.
can't view the photos of the rooms in the houses properly.
Don't like or agree with the sky view satellite photos. does not always portray a nice bird's eye image or view of the area.
Photos are dark and depressing.
Website needs updating.
Really not impressed with the layout and look of the website. no wonder houses are not selling with the way the website and management team are.
so overpriced
need new staff.
Could do with a more glossy, high end look for such a lovely area of covetry.

My poor neighbour has been trying to sell for ages and coming on the website today I can see how it's not doing any favours people looking online to view the property.
I have been in his house and stayed overnight and it's a lovely home with a lot of space, airy, light and great potential, plus very friendly neighbours and a lovele area. the garden is cute and great for getting cosy in with bbq's and sunlounging in the summer sun and close walk to allesley park and a nice secret garden! such an iddylic location and area. 3 bedrooms, 2 double are a decent size. immaculate presentation. Really clean and comfortable.
Could move straight in, no problem, not much work needed. suitable for a young professional couple, family with young or teenage children. nice galley kitchen and conservatory. can get a treadmill in for working out over-looking the garden, play some tunes whilst sipping a cocktail or downing a pint before a stroll to the local pub or catching the nearby bus or joining friends in a cab into town for more cheeky drinks and fun. This charming 3 bedroom house has so much to offer! It's more than the house too. some fabulous additional benefits when you move in you'll have landed into your dream home and be ready for laughs and calm too. A very calm, quiet beautiful quaint area of Coventry. Do recommend a peek inside! and do chat to the lovely neighbours to get an idea of who's around the corner. always makes a difference to be reassured about having truly wonderful, kind, happy, fun nice neighbours!! This particular sale had some bad timing hiccups, but with the help of Tom and his very helpful staff we got there in the end. They were always ready to deal with me, (stressed though I was) in a reassuring very professional way. After which we got a sale, with the asking price. RESULT thankyou TM.

1 STAR AS ITS AS LOW AS TRUSTPILOT WILL ALLOW.

Shocking experience , I’m not sure if I was deliberately misled, misinformed or just intentionally lied to.  I was constantly told we are almost there and then told no somethings happened we weren’t aware of, or someone else is at fault. 11 months it went on for, and that was only because I kept being told it’s minor and will be ready to exchange soon.  It was W&B estate agents that kept me informed. When I started to chase, I was ignored, no calls returned, in fact her VM stated to email her as she was too busy to answer the phone, no response from emails, no response from texts, got to the point during a conversation with another member of staff that I stated the progression women should not be handling my sale and that she should not make any contact with me.  I would never use this firm again and I would not recommend them to anyone.  Without doubt the worst service I have ever received from any company, we’ll not mention the extortionate fee of over £5000
