I really wanted to give 5 stars because the product is superb, though radio silence for the 5/6 weeks it took to get it, did give me a knotted stomach. Reality is though, they told me it would take 6 weeks, i got it after 6 weeks and the watch is fantastic! A message to say 'parts arrived', 'expected delivery date now...' would have been well received and worthy of 5 stars. Will likely use again.

Det tog längre tid än den av web-sidan uppskattade tiden , innan den skickades. Så tyvärr hann den inte fram i tid då jag skulle ge bort den som present. Dock var kommunikationen med säljaren bra hela tiden och fördröjningen berodde på förseningar från annan leverantör av delar.
Reached out to TMS for a custom piece and was given a 3-4 week ETA. Ended up receiving the watch around the 4 week mark and pleased to say it's come through as expected, no issues with delivery or quality as others have reported.
Ordering via Instagram was easier than the website, would say communication could be a tiny bit better e.g. "parts are in and we're building the watch now", but only a minor thing in the grand scheme. Thanks for a great watch!

Very poor customer service/support. I placed an order and didn't receive any acknowledgement from them. Only after emailing them did they respond.
The watch was a very poor quality cheap piece and not what I was expecting. Furthermore it was falling apart with the pin falling out of the bracelet. I also had to incur the cost of returning the watch. The refund was also not done in a timely manner.
Do not use this company as I feel you are not getting value for money.
Its a not good at all. I didnt get the items what i ordered also. I paid for shipping also. The shipping was misplaced from seller.
I dont have it. It never came to my ubication in Sevilla Spain
