Sizes run extremely small
Sizes run extremely small, but Customer Service was on it from the get go. They bent over backwards to make sure I got what I wanted. Didn’t get a chance to wear it yet because by the time I got it it wasn’t cold anymore.

They "lost" my first order, missing items from the second
They "lost" my first order. Took 17 days to get half of the resent items and the thing that makes it work, the battery, hasnt even shipped yet. (order 14221 and 14193) and No response from customer service, no phone number, states support is from 8am-6p but doesnt bother stating what time zone so totally useless there as well. 44% 1 star reviews speaks for itself. This stuff is all china made crap, avoid this company at all cost. Also, each and every response you provide on here is blatantly A.I. trash. You can't even take the time to have a human reply. The epitome of bad business and laziness. At least train your A.I. to switch up the responses a little, its actually comical to go through and read them all.

Sizing is way off
Sizing is way off. When I wanted to return the product, the o my option I had was to exchange. Even though I fit in the size up, it is not a great fit and quality, so I am keeping it juste because they make it hard to return, but I am not too happy, and am unsure if I will ever use the product.

Comfortable, highly adjustable with multiple temperature settings. They only downside is the bulky battery pack.

I bought a heated filet for my daughter…
I bought a heated filet for my daughter for Christmas. It was great but in January it stopped working. Toasty body replaced it straight away with a brand new one. Still working fine.

the actual size of the vest is no tagged
the actual size of the vest is not tagged on the item. I first ordered an extra large but it was not large enough, so i requested a return and they got back to me quickly saying I should just keep the extra large and that they would send me another vest in size of my chose. I went with a 3X, but it is only slightly bigger than the first one and still does not fit. other than the sizing issue this is a good company to work with.

It came in the wrong colour and was cheap material definitely not cashmere
They got the tracking number wrong so it came late but you can’t even speak to anyone as is a dead phone line

I made a order for a heated vest and the vest was too small I emailed them looking for a return address and they had a return vest in for shipping the same day
Shipping was a little slow but that may be on shipping company instead.

Sizes run small. I ordered an xl. It was extremely tight. Toastybody sent me a xxxl as a replacement immediately. Great customer service and response. Quality is excellent! Warms up real nice and felt toasty warm.

Well the first toastybody was for my granddaughter and she just loves it and the second one was for me and I see why she loves it they are extremely comfortable and very warm no matter what temperature that you use I would highly recommend this product
