Fraudulent people, please do not deal with them. I ordered a liquid three months ago and it never arrived.

I recently placed an order with [tobacco Vap ] for e-cigarette liquid, specifically requesting the "Pip" flavour, which I was excited to try based on their product description. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my honest feedback.

Firstly, instead of receiving the Pip flavour I ordered, I was sent completely different flavours that I did not request or want. The flavours I received were something along the lines of "salt" or other unappealing options that were nowhere near what I had selected. This is not only frustrating but also shows a lack of attention to detail and professionalism on their part.

Secondly, the quality of the liquids I received was subpar. The flavours were unpleasant, and the overall experience was far from what I expected from an e-cigarette liquid supplier. It felt like I had been sent low-quality or mismatched products, which raises concerns about the company's standards and reliability.

To make matters worse, the lack of communication and customer service from the company has been appalling. There was no explanation for the mix-up, and attempting to reach out to them for a resolution has been like talking to a brick wall. Their unresponsiveness and disregard for customer satisfaction make me question whether this company is legitimate or simply a scam.

Overall, my experience with tobaccoVap has been highly unsatisfactory. From the incorrect order to the poor-quality products and terrible customer service, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. If you're looking for a reliable and professional e-cigarette liquid supplier, I suggest looking elsewhere. Save yourself the hassle and disappointment—this company is not worth your time or money.

I would prefer 0 stars. Crooks. They target international customers by taking their money and not sending anything, because they think they can't touch them. What to say after August 22nd 2023, order #13105. No contact, no tracking number, no info on sending the items, no response to any contact. And then they say they are not crooks. Yes you are, big time. People, stay away

How come your company is linked to Vapeiq and my order 17511 never got sent to me even tough it's now been 10 days

Update I did recive my order as of yesterday Around 3-4 weeks later. Still not sure if I will order again unless seller can improve reliability off postage.

Liquids are very good for the money.

I really do hate leaving negative reviews but I feel as if I have no choice.

I ordered £60 worth of liquids and nic on the 15th September and have not recived it. Usually they take a few extra days as I think they prepare after order but this takes the biscuit.

Whats a shame is for the money their liquids are extenely good I've had Virginias from here that match drakes. I've reccomended them and have still not recived my order

I will say the first couple of orders were fine no issues, but something not right here. I have emailed and emailed and emailed and have not recived a reply.

You seriously need to work on your customer service and can't just not reply to customers.

I think people expect products next day, which is not going to happen. Chill out it does turn up,tracking is not great but the vape liquid is!!! THANKS GUYS N’ GALS keep up the good work!!

Very suspicious. Ordered for the first time from the new website. Order says shipped on 13th but more than a week on, nothing delivered. Tried to contact using the form on the website but got nowhere. I'm sure this is a reincarnation of bestcigeliquid, which I never had any issues with. Not sure what's going on with this one.

It may be so that your website is not a reincarnation of bestcigeliquid but the fact the matter is that you took over £30 and delivered nothing. Order #14272.

Scam!!!!! Ordered on December 8th Order #13451 and have received NOTHING! Sent emails and only ever received an automated response! Sent emails to their apparent sister websites and the emails don’t send.. apparently they don’t exist. This website now has my money and I have nothing to show for it! AVOID 100%

For what it's worth I got the ordered e juice too. I ordered it Mon and it came Fri. I even made a mistake ordering and said number 26 not 25. So I was surprised to get an email the very next day saying they will amend it.

After ordering on the 14th Oct then reading the reviews here, I thought I wasn't going to receive anything. However took delivery on the 19th Oct. Nice NET liquids supplied. Excellent service.

Absolute scammers took my money in August and never sent a thing. sent multiple emails got no reply steer clear people.

Received my Turkish tabacco e liquid and its very good vape. Great that it comes already mixed with tabacco for you. Highly recommended.

Placed order back on 6th September, and still nothing has been delivered. No response to emails, chat messages or anything ! Only response was through Trustpilot and that was " they are looking into it"
You take payment then put items in an envelope and post ! Is it really that difficult? If it's not happening, then issue a refund. Neither has happened Just taken my money and then washed their hands of it. Shocking and disgraceful!
