Its a frickin scam DO NOT trust this website. Ordered 2 weeks ago and got nothing, not even a confirmation email.

Every other reviewer is exactly correct. My experience was identical to them. I ordered $360 worth of product, never got anything, the tracking number showed the package going to alabama, and then nobody from customer service ever responded to my emails. Complete and total Chinese Communist garbage company. May they all rot in hell LOL

I wish I had checked this website first… Tobacconear took my money… the tracking number said my order was delivered to Alabama… very far from the shipping address… now they don’t respond to emails… there’s no telephone number on the site… do you think we can file a complaint with the FTC? Even the address on the website is fake… I’m so mad at myself for not being smarter…

Thank you to everyone who has posted about Tobacco Near being a scam. I ordered yesterday then when checking out had the option of PayPal or Bitcoin, I don't use Bitcoin and have used PP for some time. Next they give this crap about using an email address they provided to send the payment.....but not for products & services nooo send it under Friends & Family, ding, ding, ding red alert. They're reasoning is due to PP policies under Section 15, look it up, it's illegal to send payment thru PP for cigs, drugs, paraphernalia etc. So here's the thing, if I or anyone else sends payment to them the way they requested, we just broke the law. Although unlikely we could be legally prosecuted, PP will close our account I'm sure.
I'm glad I listened to my gut and then researched some more. I don't know about any of you but e-cig products are NOT worth the possible legal ramifications. DO NOT USE TOBACCO NEAR FOR ANYTHING!!!!

They’re scammers!! i’ve sent a ton of emails asking where my order is, they totally did ignored me!

This is complete scam, don’t trust this seller. I’ve ordered product and sure enough, tracking provided is complete fraud. Paid through PayPal and unfortunately can’t dispute it as it was for friends and family (as per their instructions) never received my order as of today may 21st. People don’t even bother to use this seller

Received a fake tracking number, never get cigarettes or money back. Scammers. Save your money and time.

I wish I had ran across this site before I ordered. I got ripped off by them too. They got me for almost $100

They ask you to send via paypal friends and family so you have no recourse on getting your money back. They only sent me a tracking number weeks after contacting them. i sent an email and they blamed me for providing an incorrect mailing address. So i emailed a screen shot of the address i provided from the order info on the website. NO response. Save your money. Dont trust these guys.

It is a scam!!!!!! Be wary of positive reviews, they are certainly the ones who write them. in the meantime I made a report to the police authorities.

Scammers! Paid for order in mid March. Over a month ago. They take your money through PayPal friends and family so you can't file claim with PayPal. They send you a non-existent tracking number that states label created but product not received with USPS. Their BS tracking 17track.net is a scam. Never got product and lost $. Stay away!

The same scammers as Smoke-Way. When you visit one site, it redirects you to the next new scam. They use personal PayPal accounts for payment, making it nearly impossible to get your money back. They provide a fake tracking code and then abscond with the funds. No cigarettes are ever delivered. Don’t do it!

Total scam from China. Complained to Paypal and got my money refunded. Paypal should be banning this as email ID for money transfer. Sending money as family and friends is red flag. fckng low living douche bags.

Beware, they take your money & don't send you anything. Ordered on 24 Feb, paid the same day, today (end of May) still shows "processing order" on their website. Other than asking for confirmation that their payment was sent they don't respond to any emails - only there to rob innocent customers of their hard earned money - I'm not allowed to be ruder otherwise I would.
