**Warning** Do not order from this company. The phone numbers listed are not answered. Emails and requests for updates are not attended to. Going through my bank to access a refund. Total scam of a business.

Ordered my item,money debited instantly, received confirmation email, then nothing..
After a reasonable wait I called them.
Was told item was out of stock but they expected it within a couple of days and it would be sent. Waited, and still nothing. After yet another call and email, with same response twice, I asked for a full refund.
I had sourced and received my item elsewhere within 2 days.
I have just yet again received the same obviously prefilled email reply claiming item is out of stock.
Absolutely not a professional or ethical company to deal with, especially considering these are health items they are claiming to sell.
I plan to escalate my complaint and lack of refund to the ACCC.

I read the negative reviews but stupidly decided to order .
Now 1 week later my Order has still not been despatched.
I paid extra for Express Shipping thinking that the process would also be speeded up.
WRONG.
Do not Order from this company.

10 days later. Still no reply to my 3xemails, 1xSMS. NO Order received. PayPal refund in progress.

If I could give zero I would. They shipped out an incorrect order and it's really difficult to speak to anyone. I have sent a few emails and left phone messages. Eventually I did receive a return email saying they sent the correct order. They clearly have not and again, after contacting them I have not heard anything.

I will escalate to consumer affairs. Do not purchase from this company because if there is a dispute, you will not be able to speak to anyone.

They only sent half my order (left out $110 worth of items) with no communication about when I would receive them. I emailed and phoned multiple times with no replies. Basically theft. I’m in the process of trying to get a refund from my bank.

Absolute charlatans, never delivered items ordered.
Called many times, dismissive on phone, barely spoke English, kept saying they had to speak to the warehouse.
Wouldn’t give me a refund after several weeks, my bank had to do a charge back. Do not under any circumstances buy anything from this importer. Lies, lies and more lies.

I ordered several products and received all but 1. No explanation for the really needed missing product but having worked in distribution myself I figured from the invoice that it was on back order by an abbreviated code, i.e. not in stock. Why was this not marked on the website as 'Out Of Stock'? No explanation and no apology. Many others wouldn't realise why they didn't receive their item. Very poor customer service is all it comes down to. No care for the small orders, we don't count is the impression I was left with.

I was very impressed with the service I received from ToBe HealthCare, as well as the products. I ordered some face masks recently and when the order arrived, it was unfortunately missing one. Except for the fact that I really needed the number of masks I ordered, I wouldn’t have worried. But I made contact with ToBe to let them know of the missing item and they very quickly dispatched it.

Not sure I have ever received such incredible customer service so I highly recommend using ToBe HealthCare not only for that, but also for the quality of products they offer.

I recently ordered some face masks at a very good price and when the despatch company didn’t deliver them, I contacted ToBe. They immediately sent my order again, no questions asked, but with a different dispatch company and I received the order very quickly. I rang to thank them and was kindly told to keep the first order as well, if it did eventually arrive.

I will definitely order from this company again in the future because I very much appreciated their excellent customer service, as well as their very affordable, good quality products.
