4 delivery attempt, failed even ringing the bell
4 delivery attempt and they didn't even ring my apartment, absolute failure. Will be issuing a refund due to failure to deliver

The product had a defect
The product had a defect. Not what I would expect for the price. You have said you will replace it and pick it up but I have just had to chase customer services for a reply. Which again I don't feel like I should need to. The product without the defect is really good though.

Santoku
Bought the Santoku along with a honing rod and a few other accessories. What a fabulous knife, perfectly weighted and cuts effortlessly. Had a tiny issue when ordering but called up and Bert sorted it immediately. Will 100% be adding more knives from the Tog collection, couldn't recommend them more!!!

The best kitchen knife we've ever had
The best kitchen knife we've ever had. I love to use hard to cut items like butternut squash and sweet potato in my recipes and the Santoku knife cut through it no problems. The handle is beautifully engraved and it has made cooking a roast dinner all that more enjoyable.
