Flawless International Purchase from Italy to Australia
We had a fantastic experience with Tomassini. We purchased an Edra sofa and armchair from them and, as we’re based in Australia, all communication was handled via email. The entire process was seamless from start to finish.
The team was incredibly helpful with fabric and leather selection and provided thoughtful design consultation along the way, which made the decision process much easier and genuinely enjoyable. Communication throughout was excellent — we were kept informed at every stage, and the ETA they provided for shipping from Italy to Australia was accurate.
The furniture has now arrived safely and we absolutely love it. Beautiful quality pieces and outstanding service. Highly recommend Tomassini if you’re considering investing in designer furniture internationally.

A distanza di più di dieci anni mi sono rivolto al negozio per un ricambio originale ed ho avuto completo supporto per contattare il produttore e spedire all'estero il pacchetto. Sono rare le occasioni dove un venditore ha una tale attenzione ai suoi clienti.
