Horrendous Customer Service
I purchased my wife a new bag for Christmas this year and the reason I'm even giving 2 stars is because the bag itself is lovely and she adores it. That said, the joint holding together the shoulder strap broke by April which is where my experience with their CS comes in. I sent an email asking if there is any sort of quality warranty, given I didn't want to pay to repair a 4 month old bag. A ticket was opened and I was told they were looking into this.
2 weeks later, I followed up and no response from the email. After 3 more attempts, I called and was told they would escalate this. After another 2 weeks, I was told it was still under review but I would definitely hear back soon. After 2 weeks, ( you might be noticing a pattern ), I called and was told a manager would get involved and this time, for real, I would hear back. Well, it's been another 2 weeks, I called and heard the same thing. I'm eating it and taking it to Neiman for repairs, but going forward will stick to Prada, LV, Gucci, etc.

Absolutely do not buy their products
Absolutely do not buy their products. Bottle quality is really poor😒. Had a minor hole in the bottom of the bottle and all of thr fragrance evaporated. Company does not care and does not blame them self for the poor quality of glass bottle. Many reviews online where many people are complaining of the same thing. No no no !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a waste of money. Wish I could of sent pictures but not able to do online

My previous routine suited our climate perfectly — lightweight, effective and consistent. This range felt suffocating in summer humidity, caused congestion around my jawline and the moisturiser actually pilled under SPF which is unacceptable at this price. Ho acquistato una montatura per occhiali da vista, per me sono da evitare assolutamente. Qualità dei materiali bassa, ma prezzo premium. Per me non valgono nulla, solo una plasticaccia di scarsa qualità che si deforma solo a guardarli. Non li consiglio!

Quite possibly the worst customer service ever.
I bought a £189 bottle of aftershave in December 2025. It arrived and I returned it to them on 15th December 2025, receiving an email confirming this had been returned a couple of days later. It then took them until the 15th January 2026 to email me to inform me a refund had been processed. And now here we are on 31st January 2026 and I am yet to see my money.
Their customer service channels are all AI based and useless. No answer to the question and no ability to speak to a person. You phone up and can't get through to anyone.
A useless company and wont be using them again. Thankfully used my credit card so will be doing a charge back as they have failed under the consumer protection act to provide a refund for an online order.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Don't bother with Tom Ford, customer service is atrocious, ordered a perfume and it never arrived, I was informed a new one would be sent out with a complimentary gift, never received still NO notification.

Amazing Customer Service at Heathrow T3
Rowshon at Heathrow T3 provided great customer service at the Tom Ford counter. She had an extensive knowledge of the different products and could clearly articulate helpful suggestions based on my preferences. Her warm demeanour certainly helped me enjoy a pleasant and memorable experience, even though the airport was a really busy and transient place. She deserves a raise!

I was allergic to their Noir Extreme perfume and they provided a brilliant customer service. I called their customer help number. Not sure why all these negative reviews. They are a great company 🙌. I wish I could wear their perfumes but they are itchy to my skin.

Recently bought 100ml Beau dejour, as I love the fragrance. However found that the smell only lasts about 10 seconds. I tried one of the samples in shop and it lasted for ages. Feel a bit conned.
Simple order
Ordered product on Monday and it's not shipping until Thursday. In the age of Amazon, three days to ship a very simple order seems ridiculous. Especially when their website states orders will be shipped within 1-2 days.
