Both Tom and Sophie have gone so above and beyond what was expected and I am forever grateful to them both for helping me with everything mortgage related. Their patience and honesty is unmatched and truthfully, aside from getting the best deals, having Tom take the stress and strain out of getting a mortgage is the main thing I would focus on, because without them helping me, I would be completely lost. I couldn’t recommend Tom enough! This is the second time I’ve used Tom now once for buying our first home and now for a different reason and no one else is generally this efficient and helpful. Tom got things sorted for us in a matter of days and came back with figures for different avenues and what was possible/realistic for us and made what we wanted/ needed possible. I can’t recommend Tom enough!
We have now used Tom in each of our four mortgage applications. Every time we’ve been really pleased with the rates Tom has managed to secure for us.
Tom recently secured a new residential mortgage for us, as well as converting our existing mortgage to a buy to let mortgage.
While this could have been a stressful process, Tom walked us through the steps clearly, providing easy to understand advice and support.
We genuinely wouldn’t have been able to purchase our first investment property without Tom and were extremely grateful for everything he has done.

If you want help with getting a mortgage, go through Tom! He has been nothing but extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. He helped us get a mortgage despite my partner being self employed and him and his assistant Sophie have gave us regular updates on the process of our mortgage application, chased and liaised solicitors and liaised with estate agents. We have recommended Tom to friends and family and would absolutely use his services again if we need another mortgage in the future!

Tom is the best in the business! We’ve used Tom to remortgage in past a few times but we’ve recently moved home and used Tom to help us secure a great deal on our larger family home! He worked around our working commitments to fit in meetings, he kept us informed along the whole process and made everything very clear from start to finish!

We had our first meeting with Tom a week before we had an offer accepted on our first property. In this meeting we were very well informed on the process of buying our first home. Tom was spot on with the amount we could afford up to having taken all our details down.

The day of having the offer accepted, we were super excited but nervous also. I called Tom to let him know we would be willing to instruct him to act as our mortgage advisor and he got to work immediately despite already juggling his existing workload. One night we received an email approx. 11 which showed the dedication he put into getting the property to SSTC.

After this, Sophie looked after us for the remainder of the purchase. She was excellent in getting updates from solicitors/agents which made the whole thing effortless for ourselves.

We originally got our first mortgage through Tom almost 2 years ago. He was very prompt in getting back in touch 6 months prior to our current deal ending so we could source a remortgage deal well before hitting the variable rates. He is flexible to our availability, professional but yet so friendly! Again, he provided such a quick and easy service that takes so much of the pressure and stress from us, and secured a deal within 2 days of our meeting.
