Tom has a great empathy towards people and a knack for understanding the root cause of an issue. He's very methodical with his approach, asking the right questions and making you feel comfortable while you explore your current situation and the path that brought you there. Tom takes time to actually listen and understand your goals and milestones and he excels at guiding you to figure out solutions on your own, not just hand everything on the plate. That exact thing is the most valuable experience in my opinion. Great professional coach!
