Non delivery of item
I ordered a 'tomtoc 360° Protective Tablet Sleeve for 11-inch iPad Pro' but yet to receive my order through Amazon. Using your 'contact us' webpage just puts me through to an Amazon help email - their response is 'tough luck' I should have contacted them earlier as the order was placed over 90 days ago they cannot help me. Hoping direct communications with tomtoc.com will solve the situation

Tomtoc Custom Sling
I enjoyed the experience of creating my own custom sling and I expected it to take a while to ship, it came pretty fast. It took a little over 2 weeks which is fast considering the product had to be custom made. If any issues come up, they are sure to help!
