Being delayed a day and a half due to their flight being delayed
.
We were provided with a ticket to kochi via connected flight from saudia airlines.We are delayed by a day and a half due to the first flight being delayed.we did reach the gate not too late but weren't let on.it was not fair as utsa connected flight abd they should've known about this delay. they made us wait 2 hours to arrange a flight to another country abd then to kochi.

The flights you had originally reserved with us were cancelled by the airline, and we thank you for understanding. The airlines have offered you a substitute flight as an alternative.You missed the JED-COK flight because of the delay on your SV 112 trip from LHR to JED on July 13.Unfortunately, there is no direct flight operating from JED to COK on 14 and 15 Jul ,the next flight available from JED to COK is on July 16. So in order to avoid further delay they provided you with the Oman Airways via MCT as a substitute. You had the best connection with the airlines, and they provided the nicest amenities at the airport.
We apologise for the inconvenience.

Experience was good. As long as the flight rates being decided by the airlines, there is nothing much you can do in it. Timely respond and doubts were clarified responsibly.
