This is the worst company! Their so called support team will not reply to requests for help. I have written several emails over the past month but nothing! No reply. I was gifted a one year membership and I can't activate it. I followed the prompts but it didn't work. Now what??? The courses look good but if you need help, forget it.

Same experience as everyone else has with tonebase- this company are either incompetent, or they are scammers.

Cancelled the 7 day trial, but they continued to charge me monthly. Support sent me a "Financial Summary":
Total Charges: $0.00
Total Payments: $0.00
Total Refunds: $0.00
Outstanding Balance: $0.00
Invoices Generated: None
Transactions Processed: None

So I cancelled my card. Lo and behold, I get an email:
"we tried to renew your tonebase membership, but the payment didn’t go through...Peace, Love & Music,
The tonebase Team"

So the DO have my details and they KNEW they were taking my money.

Luckily the bank did a chargeback, so I am not out of pocket. That took two months to chase though. Never again.

I bought a trumpet account on subscription a couple months back. Since they canged their program from trumpet to brass i dont get any lessons anymore. I cant cancel my subscription paypal says to write their support:
The support WONT WROTE ME BACK for MONTHS and I pay 50€ every month for something i couldnt accsess for months. Looking currently desperatly into how to get my money back they got now like 400€ for free from me now.

I paid for a years subscription. After a while it started working entirely. Literally no one responds to email enquires. I am up for renewal soon and am trying to ensure it does not auto-renew. I cannot access my credit card details on file as the OTP feature does not work. Total Ripoff.

I still receive daily emails from tonebase despite having unsubscribe from the mailing list three times. I didn’t even sign up to receive emails in the first place

Canceled after introductory offer but they still billed me anyway later. If you've paid for your subscription and want to cancel they also remove all your access upon cancelling even if you have access you've paid for. All very anti consumer.
