Sent wrong product and had to chase too get refund they never answer the phone it always goes to a answer phone and they never call back

Bought a faulty item, refunded straight away👍

Order the Item and delivery was no time and produce was as described, Excellent price also.

The item's ordered were exactly what I needed in quick time.delivery as very quick and on the date stated . excellent firm to deal with and will definitely use again when needed.

Not as shown in picture on line, nut is very loose on the handle and doesn't tighten well

Still haven’t received item, paid for next day delivery and this was a week ago.

I have incorrect bits in the two kits & missing instructions in one for a pulley extractor, I have left voice messages as the phone goes to answer phone & emailed my complaint with pictures on both kits. One kit was bought through ebay & the other bought direct with the company. I have also complained
through the ebay complaint department.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Excellent product and service

Happy with the product, but had a slight issue which took a while to resolve, but all good in the end.

Terrible customer service, bought a slide hammer attachment on next day delivery from them to get a wheel bearing done asap before i went away and it broke immediately on its first use, i had to weld the end back on to make it work and because i fixed the tool they have ignored me and refused to refund it because i had to modify it to get the job done, ridiculous

Great item arrived promptly

Thanks
