Couldn't ask for better service over the internet, An email from the managing director to make sure I was happy with the transaction and service. And arrived next day! I couldn't recommend highly enough...

Thank you ever so much, I will definitely be using this website again and again!

Thanks again,

Excellent service and products. 5 star

This is my first order with you, placed through the Internet. The procedure was straight forward and efficient. Delivery very prompt. I shall definitely return.

I chose this company as they were advertising a great deal. I contacted them several times with new questions about their products that I was interested in and received first class advice and service. Next day service and very friendly. Simply brilliant, give them a try!

Good, easy transaction but the dowels I ordered were not as perfectly round as i was expecting and will require sanding to suit my purpose.

16/06/11 - Thank you for sorting out my dowel problem. The replacements sent are much better and I am very pleased with your customer service. I will definitely be keeping Toolsandtimber in mind in the future.

I ordered a Flexicut knife on-line and it arrived the very next day, well packaged and all in perfect order.

Excellent customer service and delivery, I recommend this supplier.

I ordered a Jet lathe and then had a few follow up questions which were answered by phone. A friendly, unhurried and very well informed response. I'll be recommending you, many thanks

I have just taken delivery of a bowl gouge from Toolsandtimber.

Dude this company is sick!!,great pricing, great products, and great service. I will definitely shop there again man.

Purchased an excellent Leigh Neilsen plane at the best price on the web (and postage free). Ordered was processed courteously and delivery was prompt. What more do you want?

I ordered two carpentry planes. One was out of stock and I *immediately* got a friendly email offering either: a) to send it separately when it was in stock at no extra shipping cost or b) to substitute with a higher priced alternative - but offered at the same price as the out-of-stock item. The prices were competitive with other sites and the items arrived promptly. Very happy with the service.

Bought a dovetail saw from here. Best price on the web, AND excellent prompt service with good communication. Has allerted me to what looks like a very good growing business that looks like it is run with a bit of care and passion.

Ordered a Tormek T7, arrived next day complete with the additinal free jigs, the decision maker to go with this supplier, however they were the wrong ones, a phone call and immediatly rectified they sent the correct set of jigs and asked that I hand the incorrect ones to the courier when the new ones arrived, next day.
Never judge a company by their mistakes only their solutions.

Ordered something online and needed to make a change before it was shipped. Everything sorted out prior to shipment without fuss or error.
