DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! …I ordered a nail gun on the 18th Oct it still hasn’t arrived . No communication from them at all . It’s clearly a scam website based on my experience and reading reviews of other customers ! I have raised a case with my bank to recover my payment. Don’t let this scamming scumbag keep your money , raise a case with your bank they will recover your payment

I also have a problem with this seller, I ordered a milling machine on November 20 and to this day I have not received it. I wrote an email and tried to call, no response. After ringing, the phone number suddenly disconnects. I tried to chat in the chat, but no one is talking even though the chat is active, so I don't know what to do? I paid with a debit card, how can I get my money back? Will the bank help me? How did you manage to get your money back?

Scam site DO NOT USE. Ordered £200 worth of equipment on a 4-9 day delivery window. Multiple emails and an actual phone call, nothing has arrived almost a month on. Funnily enough the phone number is now out of service. I am taking legal action to attempt to claim my money back.

I would recommend NOT using this company.

I was provided a UPS confirmation shipment date of 15th Nov. and as mentioned in numerous other reviews - no item was received.

Contacted Toolsmaster and was told that I would receive a call or email regarding the issue - no update was provided and they have not responded to any of my follow-up emails.

I completed Dispute Form with bank due to receiving no update.

I can honestly say "this is the worst experience I have had dealing with an internet order" and I would not recommend them.

Scam reported this ordered planner nothing recieved no emails answered!! Phone line dead

This is the most useless tools site I have ever had the misfortune of buying from. This company had an offer for 2 5amh Milwaukee batteries for £98, which was a steal at the time. However that was purchased on 09/11/2023…. it is now the 23/11/2023 and I still haven’t received this item as it has only just been sent to the carrier. In that time SGS has offered the same deal with next day delivery, smh.

Don’t waste your time and money on this company and pay the few quid extra or just give it a week with a different company.

I knew we were in trouble when we received an email from customer service promising an experience of, "a perfect quality master class ". ???
Plenty of emails followed:-
Thank you for opening an account.
Thank you for your order.
We are looking at your order.
We are thinking of packing your order. Etc. Etc.
Only when we received one saying that the goods had shipped, and I checked on my UPS account, (nope), did I really start to worry.
Tried to sort it out, the account would not send a message,the phone was temporarily out of order,and of course they will not answer emails. Checked the reviews on here and phoned my bank, who immediately issued a refund. To anybody still thinking of a gamble,they are now only accepting bank transfer payments. Not sure if you are covered by your bank,if you pay that way.

I ordered 2nd Nov 2023, promised delivery in a week or two, I didn't mind that as was not in a rush. Price is good. 23/11/2023, no delivery, I emailed, no reply, requested refund, not happened yet. order #418, please refund, or going to credit card company direct to recover the payment. LH

This sham of a company needs to be shut down and the persons running it sent down. Like all the rest of the reviewers we haven't received our order nor any response of any kind from these lowlifes. Luckily our bank has reimbursed our payment and they are now investigating this corrupt scam. DO NOT USE THIS SELLER!!

This Company is a total fraud you cannot contact them i have reported them to my bank as a fraud to try and get my money back currently we are out £1506.18!!!!

I seriously wouldn’t trust this company. I ordered a Festool drill on the 16th.#1345 Sent four emails asking for a full refund and countless phone calls with no reply to any. Has to be a scam. Hopefully my bank can do a charge back.

Do not use, as usual looks good prices on the website but when you order you get an email confirming order and then goods never arrive. Emails get responded to but no action happens.

If I could give negative stars I would the company is SCAM they advertise in stock then tell you sorry been a problem with supply so obviously not in stock. I have taken this matter up with online fraud at police and trading standard who are investigating company due to the fraudulent nature the company actually do. I have reported to online fraud at credit card so refund is been actioned by master card.

My advice DON`T PAY YOUR CASH TO THESE USELESS SCAMMERS BUY ELSE WHERE hopefully police and trading standards will prosecute and my advice is to contact trading standards and police if you have bought in good faith and had same crap. Don’t answer phones, live chat doesn’t work and bull email with every excuse’s under sun.

I have reported to hmrc police online fraud and trading standards

All information is public record on companies house registration number given on website

I have reported this and have crime ref number anyone who has had similar experience can go to report a crime at met.police.uk let get our money back and see these scammer charged there are over 5000 order numbers on this site police will do something.

Ordered some drill batteries on the 5th November and had nothing. I've tried emailing, ringing and texting but absolutely nothing. Seems I've been scammed. Wish I'd have read the reviews. Stay away people, stay away. Shocking service

SCAMMERS placed order online 11/11 tried chasing up phone number just rings out. I contacted Tool master in Oxford thinking it was part of he same company(website very similar) it isn’t the poor chap there has had over 40 calls from people chasing orders all same story not received goods .

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE, THEY WILL TAKE PAYMENT, SEND CONFIRMATION EMAIL, INVOICE, EVEN ANSWER YOUR FIRST PHONE CALL. THEY WILL PROBABLY REPLY TO THIS REVIEW ASKING FOR ORDER NUMBER.
