Wrost company to work in durgapur they revoke my joining without any reason I just took a leave for one day without informing and I have a valid reason for it I mailed to my hr all the details but they didn't accepted it.
I was not able to move from my bed but they didn't understand it and revoke My joining Dear Team Toolsvilla I Wil not remove this review don't even think about it

I bought maize thresher machine on 9th June, items reach my nearest Hub on 18th of June I tried many representative regarding with this issue but they didn't able to resovle my issue and I informed to their logistic team that no longer needed the product. However they arrange delivery on 7th of july. They took ONE MONTH to delivered one items.

This is fake company, 1 month se mera matirial received nhi hua h,, koi b support nhi kr rha

Please don't buy anything from toolsvilla. Worst experience. I've bought the 6 in 1 Multi-Attachment Sidepack Brush Cutter,2 Stroke 52cc Engine. And the driving shaft/penium inside the pole was missing when arrived. No refund or replacement. Scammers cheap people thuuu...

I bought manual oil extraction machine it's not worth of money, 6500 rs and if I would sell it, i will charge only 2000. It's only a peace of iron. It's very difficult to extract oil, not useful, delivery person only delivered it ,no fixing, no explanation, customer service is very poor. Toolsvilla app works before buying but after buying it won't work, these tricks very nice, you just loose your money, I don't recommend any one to this product.

They are doing fraud, giving wrong product and no return policy and customer service is pathetic they change policy per their mood, no sense to talk to customer they behave like they are the owner and whatever they have sent you have to use it

Please don't buy anything from Toolsvilla, I had purchased a milking machine, since starting it couldn't work, two times I have changed the pump but milking machine couldn't work, faulty product they send to customer and customers get fed-up and tired after following their pathetic customer service.

I had purchased air compressor which was delivered me after 15 days worth 18500/- after receiving it I found the product is damaged I sent them opening video damaged images and all after waiting 2 long days they call me and tell me to pack the machine systematically and send them video after 2 days they will arrange return after approval and after 10 days when they received the product to their warehouse they will return me my money
Worst service I have seen suggest you not to buy from this website.
