Error 404 on the last screen. No response from them when both emailed and sent an online message. Just an email advising referred and i would hear in 24 hours. I did try a few times on different browsers but get the same thing. No response from them and just says my applications on the account dashboard. Still no response from any of the applications. Just tell me I haven't got it or you havent received it, simples, instead of all of this ghosting. Terrible service. Went with another company with alot less interest, so maybe you did me a favour.

Extremely rude people, paid off loan early so I didn’t have to deal with them ,would advise anyone I like to stay away from them

Absolutely rubbish! Waited 4 days for a decision, contacted them and same miserable person answering every time with the same response. Gave up in the end. Don’t believe you’ll have a decision in 24 hours

Ignore emails when having troubles submitting for a loan - keeps coming up with an error message. Just such poor service when nobody is willing to help.

Great Company, my only downside is they need open banking & unfortunately i only have Prepaid banks ie Suitsme & Pockit therefore i can't get anymore loans with them

Getting the loan itself was good and easy. But once I found my circumstances had changed and I had to enter a DMP, the customer care service was absolutely shocking! Every other company I had to deal with were understandable and really helpful. Toot Loans still took the money paid from my DMP and were also taking the money from my account which they refused to stop. When speaking to them via email, they are unhelpful and rude!

All the 5* reviews are fake and most likely owned by Toot. Assuming this company just sell your data on and doesn’t actually give out loans. Avoid at all costs.

Applied and my Dashboard said it was referred and I'll be contacted within 24 hours. DAYS gone by and no contact despite me sending an email to customer service after 24 hours to which I still haven't even had a response.

The application on the Dashboard disappeared after a few days, so I resubmitted it and it once again says referred and still haven't heard back.

Waste of time, ignorant customer service.
