What can I say !
We live in Bournemouth and chose to take our V8 Defender to Topaz Bristol( nothing against the Southampton branch tho )
Met with Emilio on our first visit to talk about the process looked at loads of swatches
Chose a colour changing PPF to the lower half and clear PPF to the top
Booked Roxy in (the name for our car)
Was updated on progress daily even had some sneaky picks sent during installation
Picked her up a week later OMG !
I knew these guys were good but they exceeded all our expectations the colours just pop (so far it’s a one of one but I don’t think it will be long before more people go for this type of thing ) I had to meet everyone involved and thank them all the whole team are a credit to Topaz

Smart Bristol referred me to have my new car, Smart Hashtag 1-Premium, PPF (wrap) applied by Topaz Detailing Bristol. The job was excellently done! Emilio found the colour I wanted. On completion of PPF, I absolutely love the new colour.

Emilio is often sent out of the workshop; therefore, it is not easy to locate him, but when he is in the showroom, he is very attentive, and all queries are clearly answered.

I was given two names to speak to: Andy or Emilio. I was lucky to have Andy and Emilio show me how the work is done in the workshop. Andy pointed out that difficult corners might not be covered the original white colour. To my surprise, the job was completed excellently. All tight corners were wrapped tightly, not a bit of white showed!

I thank the team at Topaz Detailing Bristol for the brilliant work. And thank you to Emilia for catching me when you can, answering endless queries from me. I absolutely adore the colour Emilio had found for me. The new colour looks stunning. Thank you all at Topaz Detailing Bristol.

I purchased 3 very small gt4 rs decals. Price was outrageous. Quality was nothing special. Was hit with a $70 import fee. US buyers beware.

The head guy was great very personable and polite. They did a great job and were spot on on time. They also look after us with price due to being ex defence. Definetely using these guys again.

The Southampton Team made my 4 year old Range Rover look brand new - I took it in to have existing PPF repaired (not done by them) but they really went to town to sort out even the smallest blemish. I've used them for PPF recently and the experience then was first rate to. Thanks to Chris and his team for their wonderful service.

The gentleman dealing with my query was extremely efficient. He listened carefully, checked his understanding and offered resolution beyond my expectation. No hard sell, just giving useful information to help me. The best customer experience I have had in years. Thank you!!

VERY poor!
I had my Spyder RS PPF'd with Topaz Leeds and there were slashed lines in the wing mirrors and poorly fitted PPF in wheel arches.
I spoke with Swara (who clearly felt she was far too important to be dealing with me (and who took DAYS to get back to me)) who eventually suggested I take my vehicle on a TWO hour drive to allow them to rectify THEIR mistakes.
This, was after I had paid OVER SIX THOUSAND POUNDS for PPD and ceramic coating.
Kings new clothes me thinks along with a shocking attitude towards their customers.
AVOID at ALL cost if you love your vehicle!!

Emilie failed to act as promised, he failed to quote price and date as agreed.

I found Emilio and Topaz transparently unprofessional, rude and arrogant.

My car is a 992.1 S/T so it was not a case of elitism which I have heard they are guilty of too.

Stay away and don’t let them let you down too.

Good morning, I am very dissatisfied with the product I received. I ordered the Heritage finish in matte gray and received it in silver. I just installed it today and it's not what I ordered. I hope you will correct this error and send me the decal in matte gray (NARDO GREY OEM SATIN), as you can see the silver 911 (which looks white) looks awful on my matte gray car.

I want to mention that I have 250,000 followers on social media from business owners and car brands, and I know they will rectify this error by sending me the Heritage 911 sticker in the color I ordered, free of charge and without the exorbitant customs fees that DHL charged me.

So very difficult to select a preferred vehicle detailer but Emilio at Topaz Detailing, Bristol, was incredibly helpful and reassuring, providing first-class customer service throughout. Their Level 2 detailing and ceramic coating carried out by Nicola returned my Mercedes-AMG C43 to almost new condition.
