Customer Service was second to none and the himiway D5 what an amazing bike as well
And the. Battery charge is insane lasts for days as my old bike was needing charging every other day

Brilliant company went above and beyond for my needs. Very friendly and will listen to your views and try come up with alternatives if they don't stock that particular bike that you want. I am very satisfied with the bike I got and I would urge other people to buy from Topdog bikes.
This bike shop went above and beyond to help me out with an electric bike. Guida phoned me up and told me the bike i wanted was no longer been stocked and went out of her way to find me the same sort of specs for the the bike I wanted. A few hrs later she sent me an email with a bike that I was looking at before on a different website. She had sent me a email of the Vitilan electric bike I immediately said yes. About a week or so later my bike arrived I was so happy. So a big massive thank you to topdog bikes and especially Guida, hope to business with you again for my next bike.

From start to finish and even afterwards this company’s customer service and aftercare is second to none. I ordered my Engwe Ep 2 Boost from Top Dog Bikes, Guida is a credit to this business and I never write reviews but the way she dealt with me from the first call to her after care email follow up should be commended. Very Trustworthy & complete Professional highly recommended
I looked at purchasing an Engwe E26 e-bike for some time and watched and read a lot of reviews before deciding.
I then looked at prices and purchasing options and found Top Dog Bikes to be the best price. After talking to Guida Inman who was very helpful and walked me through various options I placed the order. The after sales from Topdogbikes and Guida in particular has proven my decision to be the correct one. So 10/10 to Topdogbikes.
