i purchased a wowcher deal more than week ago thinking it was an instant download as i need this for my job i have tried on numerus occasions to contact topfast keys and not had any response
i really would like this to be resolved i do not like leaving negative feedback but i am so dissapointed

Update I managed to get the resolved and was delt with within the hour I had my product thank you for the quick response

I ordered two keys for MS Office 2021 through Stacksocial that were fulfulled by TopFastKeys. Both keys arrived in my inbox two days later, as TopFastKeys had clearly stated that they would. Both keys worked and I am a very happy customer.

I ordered windows 11 code and it didnt work £20 down the drain. Do not buy from here!

Purchased off Stacksocial and a little delay in being able to follow the process. Once I got the initial email from TopFastKeys, they said it would be about 24 hrs to get my MS Office 2021 Key. It came about 24 hours later and I install from Microsoft office site with the key with no problems. Very inexpenive way to get a full version lifetime license.

promised extra key for honest review and then did not deliver. updated review to one star because of this

Sharing my experience- I ordered the MS Office 2021 lifetime license through StackSocial last Saturday Jan 22. I received the StackSocial confirmation immediately, and followed all the steps at TopFastKeys. The order was processed, but to date I have never received any confirmation email from TopFastKeys, or any activation code/license.

I have reached out to TopFastKeys via their email and whatsapp support multiple times but have never received a response.

I reached out to StackSocial as well and while they responded, they continue to advise that I wait for the email as it could be delayed. However it has been 5 days so far and still nothing.

I don't like leaving negative reviews but at this point StackSocial has taken my money and I have received no product in return.

Even if this is not an outright scam, the customer service is frankly appalling. At this time would not recommend either site.

EDIT: and suddenly, after leaving a negative review, TopFastKeys sent me the code promptly. I've updated my rating from 1 to 3 stars because I ended up getting the product I paid for, but customer service is still incredibly lacking.

PLEASE READ. Obviously with offers like these, and so many people buying, things might take time. Factor in covid and the fact that staff levels might be low, again, things might take time. Just relax. I did not get a code sent straight away. Mine took just under 24 hours personally but I got it and all is good. I have read so many negative reviews, just have a little patience.

** For Top fast keys - A good idea might be to edit your final page after purchase to say that there might be a slight delay on the activation code.

Cheap MS office key. Easy to use. Works great. Took a couple of days to get the key, otherwise no complaints.

So initially it worked fine, but I had to restore my pc as it was running slow and shortly after I started getting messages saying the MS student subscription is installed in another machine or is expired. Tried to reinstall but still the same issue. Tried to contact tfk but no response..

Process was straight forward. Had a little issue initially with confirmation email. Once support got a hold of my inquiry, it was resolved within the hour.

Purchased Office Pro 2019 via wowcher. On redeeming the voucher, the licence code was immediately displayed on the order page with an instruction on how to download. So far so good.. i have not downloaded as yet but I'm presuming the licence key is valid.

The experience with TopFastKeys was excellent - The turnaround was between 24-48 hours

TopFastKeys got back to me quickly with some troubleshooting issues, and their product is really great value.

After publishing my review here I received a reply from Topfastkeys via e-mail and on whatsapp (you can find it on their website). They asked for my information and told me that my order was not placed with them, but with Stacksocial... therefore I had to reach out to the latter.
Although this situation was frustrating, I must say that Topfastkeys reached out to me in a fast and respectful way, moreover they communicated in a very clear way.

This company was amazing. I received office software for a great price. They were very helpful with assisting me with my downloading and getting the software installed. I had to be patient because they were very busy when I purchased this for an excellent price. it was well worth it. I give it 5 stars.

It's the first time that I used this site for my office software, really interesting, to be recommended

Via Wowcher, I bought MS Office Professional Plus lifetime use from TopFastKeys at a great price. Code arrived by e-mail next day. Easy to register product on my Microsoft account, then click to automatically install. Very happy, thanks.

I order Microsoft Office 365 from TopFastKeys. It was very good price, product keys was sent within 24 hours. It sent through email with very clear instructions. Downloaded straight from Microsoft and it worked perfectly on my laptop. Trusted company, very good communication with the customers. Very highly recommended.
