Ordered a Microsoft Office voucher via Wowcher. Did not recieve licence key. Calls and WhatsApps are not answered. This is a scam

Bought Microsoft word from wowcher and redeemed it through this site was quick and easy to do.

Didn't reply to messages from me or Wowcher after the licence was revoked, had to get a refund from Wowcher. Completely unprofessional, avoid.

Despite repeated requests from us and Promotional company no Confirmation key was forwarded or reply received from TFK. Promotional company then offered to refund our costs which we accepted . Product purchased elsewhere. Disgusted at the Topfastkeys Service support.

Do not purchase from this company. License key is promised upon payment being received however severe delays. Customer service slow. Was asked to provide positive feedback in exchange for a free copy of office despite the fact that they never respond! Stay away. Highly likely that any positive reviews have been left on the basis that an incentive would be received.

Topfastkeys aknowledged order of microsoft word on 07/01/2022, order number 102372, then nothing. Phone just rings, countless e mails, a waste of time. It is now 18/03/2022. Stay away from these people.

Great service, ordered Office 2021 for Mac through Wowcher. Paid with PayPal and redeemed the Wowcher code through the topfastkeys website…entered my details and activation code was available immediately. I was then able to download office through the Microsoft website. Thanks topfastkeys!

I made the mistake of purchasing Office through this company without doing my research. Received the key but couldn’t activate Microsoft Office, nor could a technician. Do not purchase through this provider as it’s an expensive mistake.

My product code did not send to my email after purchase and it took 5 days of continuously messaging customer support for the code to be sent to me. Very happy with product but very slow and unresponsive customer service.

I purchased a Office 2021 for Mac via Wowcher and got the code immediately. I redeemed with TopFastKeys and signed up. Admittedly, I panicked waiting for the product key to be emailed to me and WhatsApp the team but to be fair, the email arrived while waiting for the response.
I am so pleased with the office for my Mac Pro 2020. Glad TopFastKeys were responsive too.
I would recommend if you are like me, a user of office suite but not using it enough to justify paying for 365 subscription.

Bought a licence and software Microsoft Office Professional from Wowcher and TOPFASTKEYS did not send me the download link. They don't reply to any emails. Been over a month and many complaints to wowcher and still no refund. I am so upset ...

I bought a licence which didn't work, so I emailed them and they sent me a new one. This also did not work so I asked for a full refund and had no reply. I have contacted them 3 times in total asking for a refund and they have ignored me. They really do not seem to like providing good customer satisfaction or customer service.

If I could I would've have given no stars! I bought a product key for Microsoft Office through Wowcher and when I tried to use it I was given the region of the US with no option to change it to the UK. I got in touch with topfaskeys through WhatsApp messaging (they did not answer phone calls) and they have not responded! I spent over 2hrs with Microsoft support for them to finally tell me that it is "Geo-blocking" as it is for the US and I am in the UK and they advised me to return the product and ask for a UK key and I have again WhatsApp messaged them in order to do this and yet again I've had no response! I have now requested a refund! Nowhere on the Wowcher add does it say it is for the US only!!

this is a scam. i read the reviews and more than one person said the code has been used. i bought a license Microsoft and behold the code has been used

Scam! They don’t even deserve 1 star!!! The code doesn’t work and no Microsoft 365 subscription was found. Do not use this service.

Rubbish. Purchased a microsoft office package from this company via wowcher. To redeem the voucher I was redirected to their website, and their website isn't working!

The process was easy and fast. I am very satisfied.

Bought Windows download from Topfastkeys.com. The key was sent as promised but it had already been used. They have not replaced or refunded the money despite many emails. They are not reputable company.
