Bought Microsoft office pro 21 from wowcher, put the no, nothing happened. Got hold on WhatsApp problem rectified instantly. Good service.

I purchased the Microsoft Office Professional 2019 license via WOWCHER. Installed the software as per the instructions and Microsoft notified me it wasn’t a valid key. E-mail sent to TopFastKeys to which I have had no response and WOWCHER just keep telling me i need to take it up with TopFastKeys.......Looks like I've joined the many other reviews..........UPDATE,in response to TopFastKeys message below, i have E-mailed you with my details and received no reply, i have also sent you a message via your website and again receievd no reply.

Another buyer from Wowcher who has not had their license key delivered. Nearing very close to 48 hours now since the time of purchase. Very disappointed so far and hope it gets rectified soon.

UPDATE- after making contact through WhatsApp yesterday and being told they had my order and that It would be completed that day….still nothing yet.

Honestly I was a bit dubious, but they were easy to use (although the website is a little slow, but it gets there) and got the product via email really quickly.

I bought a voucher for Office Professional Plus 2021 through wowcher. The whole process from purchase at wowcher, through using the voucher at TopFastKeys then installing Office Pro Plus 2021 was well documented and worked first time.
The TopFastKeys instructions were very clear, I created the account with them and within 24 hours (as promised) they supplied the office license key which I found in my account. From there, using the instruction supplied by TopFastKeys, installation of Office Pro Plus 2021 was a breeze.

Received code and tried to download microsoft office home & student 2019 bought via living & social but the code is not valid. You will see a post from topfast below from two days ago to contact support which I did... but still no response .....even though you see they asked me to contact them ... after no reply in the end i bought from buy-keys.com, would recommend buy-keys.com

I'm also one of the unfortunate Wowcher victims that seems to be piling up so far.
I purchased yesterday the Office 2021 Pro Plus package being advertised on Wowcher, and eventually got a code from them directing me to the TopFastKeys site. So I followed instruction and used said code at TopFastKeys. From there, the page says keys can take up to 24 hours.

It has since been over 24 hours and I've received no License Key. I've checked my junk folders and everything, and I've double checked that the email provided to them was correct as well.

Since then, I've tried to contact them through their Whatsapp Service, and I've also emailed them at the email they've provided other people on this trustpilot page. No response what so ever.

Now I'm seeing all the negative reviews piling in on here and I'm naturally very concerned. If TopFastKeys does get back to me and fixes this, I'd be willing to give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they've just been hit really hard in the past few days with the sheer amount of purchases, and would consider changing this review. But current circumstances leave me very unimpressed and worried.
If I don't hear from them soon, I'll have to submit a complaint to Wowcher and see if THEY can somehow reimburse me. Again, judging from reviews here, I doubt I'll be the only one going back to them to warn them.

Update 02/02/2022 (morning):
As you can see, TopFastKeys responded to this negative review asking me to get in touch with them... which if you look above at the earlier part of my review from yesterday, I've explained I have already tried. Clearly whoever has responded here has not read any part of what has been written, and I've still yet to receive a response from them through the channels (email and whatsapp) mentioned as well.
I highly caution everyone else to not bother with this company. I think it's safe to say this company is incredibly false/incompetent. If it weren't for Wowcher, I'd have probably never even attempted this purchase and I will now have to go back to them and hope for a refund. This entire experience has left me with nothing but disappointment. Stay away, and keep your money safe everyone.

Update 02/02/2022 (evening): Hello everyone. One final update. Shortly after leaving my earlier update for today, I received a Whatsapp message telling me they had "resent" my product key. I'm fairly sure the "first" key never arrived, but eh. Whatever. I got it in the end, and really that's what matters.
I'll be fair and change my review as requested by the company, but I will say I can't give a full five stars as the experience as you can see above was still rather trying. I have to be fair to them.
It took longer than was promised, and I'll still give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe it's to do with just how many people have purchased their keys in such a huge burst. At the very least, the key worked, and I'm now using office with no issues that I can tell. So I'm happy that it all worked out in the end despite the initial frustrations. Anyone who is still having issues and waiting to hear something... I get it. I really do. But maybe at least my review here can give a small comfort that it isn't all a false ride.

Fast service and exactly as described. I was skeptical at first but figured it was worth a try. I couldn't be happier. The Office License we purchased worked without issue and no red flags or concerns. THUMBS UP!

I bought a Windows 10 upgrade via Wowcher which I'd thought whilst going through the purchasing process would be provided immediately, but I got a message at the end to say it would arrive within 24 hours. Not the end of the world and I did receive the code within that timeframe. However, the code didn't work and I've received no response to my email asking them to sort this out. I called the phone number a couple of times but it just rings and then goes dead. Not happy as I need to have Windows 10 installed to use first thing tomorrow morning

Update: I'm sure everyone else is finding it as frustrating as I am that they keep responding to negative reviews by telling you to do what you've already done! If only they spent as much time sorting out the issues people are complaining about as they do managing their Trust Pilot reviews...

Update: still not received a working code despite emailing and calling several times and Wowcher have also contacted them. Total scam! Trying to get a refund through Wowcher

I purchased the Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019 license whereby once installed Microsoft notified me it wasn’t a valid key. All this has been logged in a previous review along with the exact statement Microsoft gave me. Fast forward to today, I have since responded to the request for my details and order number and they sent me another license number… the same license number that Microsoft rejected before! To make matters worse the company hasn’t responded to any of my emails since then regarding sending an authentic license or providing a refund.

Ordered MS Office 2019 Pro through a third party site and had the links to get the download, and the product key within minutes, the only issues I had were had were completely down to me not uninstalling office 365 properly, would definitely order from TopFastKeys when I need another copy of office

I ordered an Office 2016 license code 2 days ago and despite claiming on the website that you will receive the code instantly, I still haven’t received it. I have contacted you several times and have had no response at all. Order number 113972

I have now recieved the code and its all working. However the seller only responds after posting negative reviews on trustpilot. Why not respond to the channels on your website?

In response to my negative review I was resent the emails supposedly with my keys. What I received were two emails with the EXACT SAME key.

I was finally able to get the two activation keys for Office 2021 that I had purchased. It took some time thus the removal of one star. Persistence paid off.

The offer is legitimate, and the keys provided are valid and now registered with my Microsoft account.

Would I use them TopFastKeys again? Probably. I would just order one copy of a product at at time.

I ordered two MS Office keys 17 hours ago but I have not yet received them. The website claims that 'Immediately after purchase, you will get email with download link and licence key'.

Licence keys now delivered and working. Great price just a shame it was not immediate as per the website.

Purchased 2019 Microsoft Office for Mac. No activation code sent and it has been over 12 hours since initial purchase. Tried contacting their customer services over WhatsApp, they have asked for my order number and name but alas, still no code in my inbox nor junk folder. The site says "Coupon usage limit has been reached. Please try again after some time, or contact us for help" but I seem to be getting nowhere. Feeling as if I've been scammed.

This is legit so no need to worry - just need to be patient! Be prepared so wait up to 24hrs for your setup code. I advise TopFastKeys to advertise this and then customers would not be so worried.

Customer services did reply eventually and my code was sent soon after. Thank you. Very helpful customer services and all Microsoft packages work fine! Would recommend as the price was great. Just be prepared to not have the setup code immediately after purchase.

Bought Office 2019 via wowcher 31.1.2022.

Redeemed it and still waiting for activation code. No email to confirm redemption so left in a limbo.

This morning I have tried contacting them via WhatsApp and phonecall but no response.

So so frustrating and waste of time chasing them.
