I purchased a Windows 10 Pro key…
I purchased a Windows 10 Pro key yesterday, the payment was marked as complete, and I still haven't received my key. I try to contact support and I'm ignored. The website doesn't clearly explain how to get a refund. It just feels like I wasted my time and money.
After contacting support by email, my problem was completely fixed. Thanks for the help! I'm really happy with my purchase and will definitely buy from you again.

Brilliant support team.
I purchased a game key labeled as global, but upon attempting to use it, it didn't work.
Normally, in such situations, refunds are not offered, but they promptly reached out to their suppliers and arranged a refund for me, which was unexpected.
I was pleasantly surprised by their excellent communication and friendly demeanor from the support team.
