Delivery driver left my parcel outside. Not good service
My order has been dispatched quickly and supposedly delivered on time. Sadly carrier did left it in the place where parcel went missing outside my door. After the exchange of few emails seller did not help much. i was issued a refund after 2 weeks

SCAM - AVOID
AVOID. This is a dropshipping outlet. I ordered a cotton shirt from them of a brand I knew but what I received was a cheap polyester shirt of a similar pattern but a different brand. I tried contacting them to return it but they never replied to my emails. Their phone number is an EE mobile, which they don't answer. The package had a return label with the name of a different company so I contacted them. They told me the shirt they sent to me was ordered via eBay two days after I'd placed my order on Toplen.com. So Toplen fulfilled the order I placed on their website by ordering a similar, cheaper, inferior shirt on eBay and having it sent to me. They'd given instructions not to include a return address, which the eBay seller had accidentally overlooked.

Delivered 8 days after placing the order.
Poor quality fabric, feels artificial, the colour not matching the one presented on the the website: bright green instead of mint. Size far from standard - bigger than the size ordered.
It's nothing you can wear or use at all. I am very disappointed.

Good quality goods available at reasonable prices.
Fast delivery.
Easy to use website.
However, refunds seem to take time which is the reason why I've given Toplen an overall score of 4 stars.
Tried to use their webchat function on the website, but had to wait 3 days for a reply.
