Does not stand behind their products
I was initially excited about this brand after a friend recommended it. My first order went well—I bought two items and liked them, especially the suction feature on the base.
That’s why my second order was so disappointing.
One of the items arrived with a visibly defective base—the suction area was poorly formed, clearly a molding issue that affected how it functioned. When I reached out, the response was dismissive. They hid behind an overly restrictive return policy and labeled it a “cosmetic issue” simply because suction isn’t officially listed as a feature.
Let’s be clear: if a product includes a functional design element, and that element is defective, that’s not cosmetic—it’s a quality issue.
To make matters worse, the only “resolution” they offered was a generic discount—the same one you get just for signing up for emails. No accountability, no real attempt to fix the problem.
Bottom line: inspect your order immediately. This company seems far more focused on getting past their short return window than standing behind their products. Once that window closes, expect resistance—not support.
Not a brand I’d trust again.
