Mon retour d expérience avec Top Sellerie de top il ni a que le nom , déçu de mon expérience avec eux et le pire c est qu il ne veulent rien entendre . J ai commandé ma selle au bol d or 2024 , cette année pour le bol je suis passé à leur stand pour leur donner mon retour sur leur job il manque de mousse je touche la structure , je demande vraiment pas la lune juste un morceau de mousse et je me débrouille, la réponse que j ai eu " ça fait 1 an et 3 jour c est plus garanti , envoyé la selle on vous fera un devis " démarche méga commerciale. Détail la selle a été réceptionné 1 mois après le bol d or donc toujours garanti mais je suis dégouté de leur façon d etre

Absolutely exceptional service from this company. I received a beautiful well made seat from Top Sellerie for my 2016 Yamaha FJR 1300. When I fitted it I realised the rider section pushed me too near the tank. I asked If could return it and exchange it for a version with a longer rider section. Yes, absolutely no problem. They would make a new one and only charge the 27 euros for shipping. I live in the UK. At all points they responded to emails and questions promptly and were extremely helpful. Would 100 recommend this company based on my experience

Ordered new foam seat for 2006 renault kangoo, fits perfect, comfortable at a sharp price. Top Sellerie asked me to send picture of the seat to be sure it would fit. Am a happy client, TOP.

I recently purchased a seat from #topsellerie which arrived damaged at the mounting points as if somebody had forcibly removed the seat that they used, from the donor bike without fully removing the bolts. #topsellerie terms and conditions are that they pay the cost of return when they are at fault. Initially, they did not dispute sending a faulty seat, but refused to pay the cost of return giving no reason! Six days later, they decided that I caused the damage and that the customer that exchanged their seat, wouldn't have got their deposit back, if the seat was damaged. What #topsellerie forgot is that they left a breaker's yard label on the seat, revealing where they actually got the base from that they used for my order. Breaker's yards are not known for showing the most care when dismantling vehicles and the one in question lists most of the parts for my bike as damaged/worn/faulty! Of course #topsellerie state that they would have returned the seat to the breakers yard if it had been faulty. #topsellerie appear to have removed Google Reviews, in the UK at least. When I looked at them, the reviews showed a considerable amount of customers stating exactly what I have experienced in that #topsellerie have supplied a lot of seats built on faulty and damaged seat bases recently.

J’ai commandé une selle "grand confort" personnalisée chez Top Sellerie en mars 2024, reçue en avril. La première version était inconfortable à cause d’une inclinaison excessive.

Après plusieurs échanges, et non sans insistance de ma part, ils ont fini par accepter une modification à leurs frais.

Malheureusement, la selle modifiée s’est révélée encore plus inconfortable : une bosse centrale très gênante à l’usage, perceptible dès les premiers kilomètres. J’ai cessé de l’utiliser et suis revenu à la selle d’origine.

Depuis, j’ai multiplié les démarches : explications, essais comparatifs, mise en demeure… Je suis aujourd’hui accompagné par ma protection juridique, sans qu’aucune solution ne m’ait été proposée.

Ce que je retiens :
👉 Mieux vaut ne pas avoir de souci. Le suivi, lui, n’est pas au rendez-vous.

Et ça, ce n’est pas l’esprit motard.
Quand on est passionné, on attend un minimum d’écoute et de respect. Dommage.

I contacted my local Honda many times for a comfort seat but they never returned my calls so I saw a YouTube video about Top Sellerie. They were perfect throughout, even after I threw them a curve ball of wanting my seat earlier.
They accommodated my wish. It arrived early in good order and I had it on my Honda NC 750X in about 30 minutes. I had to remove two bits from my old seat and that was it. The seat is perfect in every way and very comfortable.
P.s if your from the UK importing there's a £70 import tax :(

Excellente expérience, la selle qui m’a été retournée n’a rien à voir avec celle que j’ avais envoyé.
Très confortable et esthétiquement irréprochable Pour un tarif défiant toute concurrence.

They sent a seat with a frame made of plastic welded together from pieces. The frame doesn't fit on one side with a gap of several centimeters, bad customer service, don't buy.

L'objet en vente est présenté en photo sur une seule face ce qui induit l'acheteur en erreur car on ne peut pas voir qu'il ne s'agit que d'une housse et non d'une assise complète. Je souhaite le retourner pour me faire rembourser mais impossible de trouver la marche à suivre. Je conseille d'éviter ce site.

For 2 weeks i was trying to fit their seat on my Honda VFR (2004). They kept saying i just have to keep trying and really push. Finally i got the seat to lock into place. But then i couldn't get it off anymore! I had a friend hold my key so i had both hands free to try to get the seat off, but it wouldn't budge. The only way to get the seat off was to use brute force and break some parts. Even my motorcycle wasn't unharmed in the process. All the time when i was in contact with Topsellerie they kept blaming me and said there wasn't anything wrong with their seat... never will i buy from them again. I reinstalled my original seat, which locks and unlocks with ease.

Some extra information about the return shipping process:
I knew early on the seat was faulty. It shouldn't be that hard to lock a seat into place (and still fail many times in a row trying). I asked for a shipping label, as i shouldn't have to pay extra because of their faulty seat. They refused to do that, as they insisted i must be doing something wrong (even though they knew i even had my Honda mechanic try (and fail) to fit the seat). It first had to go very wrong (having to tear off the seat and damage parts of my bike in the process), for them to send a shipping label. Even at that point they still insisted i must have installed the seat wrongly. They offered to send a new seat, but no way i would risk going through this process again.

Really love the quality of the product. Very nice materials. Delivered on time as promised.
Fast response on emails and good support regarding my choice of seat.
