Their return policy is all talk. I tried to return a faulty item, but they gave me the run around, saying it was out of warranty despite being only a month old.

Return Policy
I needed to return an item. Unfortunately, I was unable to complete the process after trying twice. I reached out again and the 15 day return had lapsed and was enforced. I think 15 days is not nearly long enough. The item was a gift and many circumstances beyond my and the recipient's control prevented the return within 15 days. The customer service representative offered no other options, just instructed me to read the policy again. Definitely will not be ordering from this company again.

My son ordered an item in error -- wrong size and the correct size was not available. When I called customer service the same day to cancel the order I was told the voice mail was not set up, which made me suspicious, so I sent an email. I got a call back within hours from Krish at Topsymart, who not only assured me the order could be cancelled from the seller (Topsymart is an intermediary), but called to confirm the next day that it was canceled and my money refunded, then offered to give me 10-20% off any other item I might order from the site. What great customer service and just a nice guy! I would not hesitate to order from Topsymart again!

This is my second order from Topsymart. The communication on order confirmation and shipping is excellent. I even received a personal phone call on my first order to clarify my address. Love the unique styles they offer.

the product is great! It is exactly what it was advertised as and is rather good quality. There was a little hiccup in the tracking process where the status of the package wasn't updated for some time, but just a few days after I sent an email to confront the issue, the package arrived. If possible I would give the experience four and a half stars, but sadly that isn't possible.
