If I could give zero stars

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is a scam. I ordered something in December of 2023 and never received it. They charged my account, but never shipped out the product, to date it says 'unfulfilled' on their own website. I have contacted them 3x and asked for a full refund to which they respond they cannot give me a refund, but will alert me when my product ships. I am pretty certain, it will never be sent out at all

Same reviews as everyone else. Total SCAM of a company with the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Sweatshirts took over 2 months to get delivered, had the wrong print. Customer service said they were sending new sweatshirts, after 2 additional months they have not arrived.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Only giving a 1 star
because it’s making me!! Sent money have never received item ~ requested a refund and they are saying it will cost me 25% “restocking” charge on a product I never received!!! Ridiculous! Hoping to find a remedy to this solution. Beware! Will update review if I receive my entire refund.

I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing from this company. I’m currently in a similar situation. Made the purchase in 12/20/2023. Reached out on 01/10/2024 as they had provided an incorrect tracking number through Shop and I got the same bs response of “We have been experiencing delays due to a very large volume of orders. This order was shipped yesterday and is currently in transit to you.” Which means they waited until 1/9/24 to ship it even though it says 3-7 business days. Then when I asked for an estimated delivery date I got the response it would take 7-21 days but most are delivered in 10. It is now 2/7/24 and no packed and tracking hasn’t been updated since 1/18/24. When I reached out AGAIN, I was told the package has been held at customs. Its excuse after excuse after excuse. This company is a scam so save your money and shop elsewhere. I will be requesting a refund at this point.

TopTech =Trendzoid =scammers

Zero stars of I could. Same bulls*&t company as trendzoid. I saw and ad for some markers on instagram and purchased it for the kiddos. Big mistake. A few weeks after placing the order, I never gotten a order confirmation, tracking number, not even a "hey we are processing your order". So it left me to believe these guys are scammers. So I did a charge back with my credit card company. 4 weeks to a month later (this past week) I've been getting emails from trendzoid demanding I send their stuff back. First off how the f*&k do you send something back that you have never received? All I know TopTech, Trendzoid, or what ever else name they are going to go by in a month's time are shi*&y scam companies. Out to get good honest peoples money without sending them what they ordered. In one of the demanding emails the clowns sent, left me an return address to OKC.

If you google map it, it's a shi*&y used car lot with a BMW infront with a busted ass windshield. But now everything makes sense if you connect the dot. Greasy used car salesman (scammers) = TopTech (scammer) = Trendzoid (scammers)

UPDATE:
after writing my review I went and read others experience. So sad that so many has gotten ripped off. It's crazy to me because the reviews with the Christmas sweaters was about the same time when I saw those markers that I ordered.
The only difference between my experience and these other reviewers is that I was able to get my money back through the credit card company. If I could reach out to the other reviewers I would.

Orders Take Forever and Don't Make It. Placed an order on 12/26/23 and it has still not arrived as of 1/16/24. Everything ships from China and takes forever. The company does not respond to emails or contact. There is no way to engage the company via phone outside of their support email address.

I bought a Christmas sweater on…

I bought a Christmas sweater on November 28th, today is January 10th and I still have not received it.
I have been asking for a refund since Christmas and they refuse to do it because they say it is on its way.
They took 20 days to ship it and now don't want to take responsibility.
Stay away!!!

Order never received and I was charged—-I placed an order by accident by…

I placed an order by accident by viewing a product that popped up on an instagram add. I decided to go ahead and get the item and try it out. It was a cuddle pillow. My order was place on 12/17/2023 and I STILL have not received it or know where it is in tracking status. I reached out to customer service and they stated they are behind in shipments and would ship asap . This was on 1/2/2024 and I still haven’t received it. Today is 1/9/2024 . I am very disappointed and will not be buying from them ever again as well as will make sure to share this information with many others . Website is a scam .

Buyer beware…

After waiting 3 weeks for an order I reached out to the company to see when to expect delivery. They did respond quickly, however their answer was unacceptable. They said they were unprepared for the volume of orders and the best they could tell me is that they hoped my item would ship in a week. When I requested to cancel my order they said there was a 25% restocking fee. So they planned poorly and want the customer to pay for it? No way. I filed a complaint and refund request from Paypal.

Top Tech Stole My Money

Shipment finally arrived over 7 WEEKS of waiting. The print was incorrect on the sweater and later found out the image was a copyright infringement on a maker from Etsy. Again I asked for a refund and they stated they would ship a new sweater. This company needs to be shut down. What a shame.

Ordered Christmas sweaters mid-November. Never received an email to say they were actually shipped. I sent many emails back and forth. They claimed they were shipped Dec 14. It is now January 3rd and still no sweaters. This purchase was over $100 in November!! Completely unacceptable and they are ignoring my emails. I asked multiple times before Christmas for a refund, which they refuse and I still do not have the product. These were ordered well before Christmas so they are useless now. So disappointed in Top Tech and will steer everyone away from this horrible company.

Echoing other reviews, Toptech robs its customers. Thankfully it was only over $24, but they stressed they’d “fight” me hard before providing any thorough customer service. They could not provide a point of contact for me to call or a different point of escalation.

I placed an order on 11/27. The site policy guarantees that all orders will be shipped within 3 to 7 business days. After almost 2 weeks, I reached out for a status update, as a holiday was approaching, and I would be moving. They offered a 25% restocking fee, which I was fine with. However, they disregarded my request for a refund with a 25% loss and shipped the item.

They guaranteed it would arrive prior to 12/18. It is now 12/31 the item was supposedly delivered to my prior address today many states away. Not only did their policy guarantee shipping within the 3 to 7 business days, they also guaranteed I would receive the product prior to moving with neither guarantee being met.

Instead, they told me I was robbing them when asking for their reasoning to why they didn’t issue the refund as requested with a restocking fee. They also told me I was a liar, and that the item should be in my possession, when it was made clear weeks ago, I had an effective move date.

The initial request was for them to simply cancel the order or update the address, instead, they fully profited and were rude.

Worst shop on the Internet

Worst overpriced shop on the Internet. Absolute terrible customer service! A 25% fee to cancel. I ordered well in advance, product didn't arrive in time for Christmas. The exact same product was half the price on Amazon. Definitely won't be using this company ever again. Wish I read the reviews and researched the product before I parted with my hard earned cash.

Placed my order for three products from…

Placed my order for three products from this business on 22 July 22. Its now 24 August 22 (2 months on) and have not seen or heard anything. I contacted the business, who suggested they were ‘confident my items will arrive soon’, but we’re disinterested and had nothing to offer in terms of following up from their side. Obviously no refund as items are apparently in transit. Thought I ordered well in advance but it’s Plan B for the birthday presents. I have, in the meantime, received other items shipped nationally and internationally in less than half the time. If you do buy from this online store, be prepared for a long wait (seemingly with no guarantees)
