Useless guarantee for customer satisfaction
They have a 100% guarantee for customer service, but refuse to honour it. I emailed them, they said it wasn't part of their refund policy to return if something doesn't fit or look good. Gee, doesn't that sound like they won't honour the 100% refund? Buyer beware.
I'll be posting all over social media for this -- we don't need these kinds of retailers.

If you expect customer service from the company do not buy from them. I bought a pillow fife my neck. Very flimsy and this week it jus ripped open and all of the stuffing came out. They will not replace it . They claim they have a thirty day return policy even if the product fell apart. I’m just over a month. Buy or beware.

It’s a scam!!
It’s a scam!!! I ordered an item instead of being delivered to Edmonton when I tried traking the item it says that delivered to Vancouver BC. Tried emailing them at support.@.torontomarketahop.com but that email isn’t even in service. Absolutely a scam!!!!! ( Emails aren’t allowed to be post here)
