I ordered the piece of leather and…
I ordered the piece of leather and never received it. They claimed that they sent it to the wrong address and that they will send a replacement to the right address,but we have yet to receive it. Just took the money

We don't sell leather products, and we have no orders under your name across any of our systems. We also noticed you are in the United States, we are a company based in the UK, you clearly reviewed the wrong company. We'd recommend checking your order confirmation to find the correct seller. Happy to help if we're wrong, but this one doesn't appear to be us!

Highly recommend!! The team got me out of a massive hole for last minute repairs. They helped with selecting a kit I needed and went the extra mile with postage, definitely get in touch with the guys amazing customer service!! A+++

First time using Torqen will be returning!
This is the first time using Torqen and wow I am very surprised, I have been informed when the product was coming into the UK, pictures of the item when it arrived to the warehouse and next day shipping to my house.
One of the quickest turn arounds I've seen from the USA.
I have not opened the package yet due to it being a birthday present but I am sure all is well!

Was in desperate need for some parts and used the WhatsApp number on their website. Person on the other side was lovely and went well out of his way to help after working hours. They had what I needed in stock and got them sent next day. 10/10

Great service from them
Great service from them. Ordered a part that had never been ordered and wasn’t in stock, so then I found a new product and got in touch with them. They made sure to send the new product that same day and it arrived to me by midday the next day.

No proof of postage
Took payment quickly. Everything after that was poor.
I was told the order had been dispatched, yet no tracking, no proof of postage, and no proper response when I asked for an update.
If this is their idea of customer service, I’d suggest buying elsewhere.

On Monday, I was told the item had been restocked and was being shipped that day. Since then: no tracking, no proof of postage, no parcel, and no reply to further messages.
So if you enjoy paying first and playing “guess where my order is” afterwards, this may be the shop for you.
I understand delays happen, but communication should happen too. Based on my experience, I would not buy from this seller again, and I would recommend others shop elsewhere.

sorry the experience fell short. Communication went quiet during a busy spell with shipments arriving from Japan, and the order was dispatched after your cancellation request, which shouldn't have happened.
The chargeback of £56.95 has since been processed and you've been refunded in full.
We've taken the feedback on board and are tightening up how we handle cancellation requests during busy periods. If you'd like to discuss it further feel free to get in touch.

Brilliant service!! I needed small but important parts for a build. Torqen responded very quickly and got the parts out next day delivery. WhatsApp comms very useful and they even responded late into the evening. Thankyou!

Cat convertors
After having the cat convertors fail on my 350z torqen supplied me with some 300cell replacements. Struggling to find any in stock in the uk torqen got some shipped from the US with a very quick turn around at a very reasonable price and good updates throughout!
