This little machine is so versatile and quite powerful for its relative size. We use it everywhere around the house as the battery life is so long. So handy to use it on the shelves, the baseboards and in those areas that are hard to get to! Suction is amazing too. Definitely recommend!

If I could give zero I would.
I ordered my vacuum’s on the 18/11/2025 and they still haven’t been delivered.
They said they had tried to deliver twice but left no card to get in touch with them.
Ridgeback whom I ordered them from are not helping at all.

It does the job I bought it for, delivery was fast and excellent customer service. I bought it to keep our little van clean whilst travelling. Now we use it for all car vacuuming, when we don't want to haul out the big house vac. Charges fast enough, has two speeds, I use mostly the turbo and charge lasts long enough to get the job done. I have not used the blow option, but intend to use it to get camp fires going. A great feature is the WASHABLE filter, brilliant. We are not constantly looking for replacement filters. I'd recommend, ideal to keep on top of a quick car vac. I also use it for small house jobs like window tracks.

I have used torque vacuum for nearly a year now. Its been a great addition to cleaning tools. Quick cleans and dusting everywhere. Love it i use it all around the house and car. And their customer service is great. I love it i would recommend to anyone who asks.

It charges quickly and stays charged for a long time.

Very disappointed and frustrated with this purchase. The same day the item arrived, I contacted Torque to request a return because the product was nothing like the way it was advertised.

The vacuum/duster is extremely weak and does not perform the way it’s shown in their videos and photos — very misleading advertising. They promote a 40-day risk-free trial and a 1-year warranty, but when I asked for a return, they offered only a 50% refund and told me I’d have to ship it back to Australia at my own expense, which would cost more than the product itself.

I refused the 50% offer because I don’t want this item at all. It doesn’t work for what I bought it for. They have since stopped responding to my emails.

This company’s practices are dishonest, and their return policy is unfair. I do not recommend buying from Torque.

I bought this vacuum blower in October 2024 and used it no more than 6 times. After the last use, I tried charging it, but there was no charge light (red). It had been charging for at least 2 hours, or at least I thought it was. I tried using it but it was completely dead. Tried different USB power adapters without success. I have emailed Torque twice and are yet to receive a response.

Purchased back in April 2024 to use at work when cleaning out PC's and server cabinets etc. I usually end up starting with the vacuum mode for the bulk, then switch over to the blower to clean out blocks/slots/fans etc, and it works great. It's light, powerful for it's size, and the little carry case is actually pretty sturdy, stands up to a beating.

I rarely have to use the turbo mode, but in short bursts it it always blows away the more stubborn dust no problem. Beats carrying around a fully loaded air compressor + tank for what I use it for, no doubt.

It's used maybe 2-3 times per week on average, and as above, I have been using since 2024 and I feel like the battery and general condition of the Torque pro has remained much the same. Very glad I didn't settle for the other similar looking generic ones, will be back to buy another if this one ever gives out.

The Torque Pro car vacuum cleaner is amazing. A very handy tool for cleaning up mess in the vehicle or blowing the front porch. Has 30 minutes of full charge which is enough for it’s size. Its small, lightweight and has powerful suction and blowing power. Easy to empty out the mess and clean it with it’s washable filter. Also came in a storage case with attachments and 5 extra filters. Overall, it’s solid and a very handy tool. I am happy with my purchase

Just received and fully charged my blower.
It honestly would not have the sucking or blowing power of a $10 hairdryer from a junk shop.
My wife is going to use this EXPENSIVE falsely advertised product as a travel hairdryer now .
If you want a blower for floor, paths etc go to a reputable hardware store.
The videos of this product in operation are fake / AI generated.
Don't get sucked in.

Purchased the Torque Vacuum recently, it's the best purchase I've made, we use it nearly everyday, whether for the car, door & window tracks, the Airconditioning Filters, I could keep listing uses, but too many. It's powerful and efficient, absolutely love it. Highly recommend this genius little tool

Not in the habit of writing negative reviews, but,
Purchased in December for son Christmas present.
I have charged per instructions, and followed the instructions as supplied with the unit and on their website, BUT IT STILL DOES NOT WORK.
Numerous Emails have been sent to Cindy at TORQUE Support but they will not replace the unit. $126.65 down the drain.

This little vaccum/blower is the bees knees, a great useful tool for use in my car, in cupboards and any area a standard vaccum wont go. Its compact size gets into all the nooks and cranny's and is as powerful if not more powerful than my Dyson and weighs far less, saving fatigue. I use the blower to blow out dog hair and leaves from my pergola and dog beds. Love the zip case for easy storage and charges quickly. Multiple filters supplied for fresh vaccums which rinse out along with easy clean vaccum head fitting.

The torque pro is amazing ! The suction is very strong . The battery has a good charge and it gets into small places and works well . It works great for the car but also around the house . Highly recommend.

The Torque pro mini car vacuum has been a game changer for me. It has so much power. My favourite part is the blower as it gets the dust, sand and food scraps out of places any other vacuum can't reach. It's also great in the house to blow dog hair out from behind the lounge. Helpful and friendly customer service

No where near as powerful as it suggests on the advertisements.

EDIT: I have changed to 1 star as although the product is very handy, the customer service has been appalling. They have also falsely offered a free unit in exchange for two honest reviews but have not honored this and will not answer my emails. Shame on them.

I use the Torque pro every single day. To vacuum up dry crumbs from the toddler, stray beard hairs on the bathroom basin from my husband and even live spiders I seem to find in every corner of the house!

When we go camping, this little tool is very handy for all sorts of clean ups and, once again, great for vacuuming up creepy crawlies coming into our tent.

Although you can get almost identical vacuums for half the price elsewhere, the extra filters and customer service (EDIT: NOT ANYMORE) still makes me recommend Torque. But get it on special or with a discount!

I am loving my new Torque mini vacuum and finding lots of uses for it. Living in the tropics (Far North Queensland) we have a lot of little spiders and bugs. The Torque is great for cleaning the hard to reach corners of the drawers without the need for a full empty and wipe down. I have used it on the dust that accumulates on cords and even the flint around the dryer door. Probably my favourite application is cleaning the metal tracks for sliding windows. It is also great in the car and hard to reach areas of the sofa.
I even took it to my Pilates class where my physio used it to clean all the little nooks and crannies that collect dust on the reformers. She loved it.
The battery is recharged with a cable. It is powerful enough to do a great job and has good battery life.
It comes with 6 washable filters which is great. I love the little case provided to keep all the attachments with the vacuum. I have yet to try the ‘blow’ function but I tested it and it is a strong stream of air so should work well.
My only concern is the brush end looks like it may not wear well so I am hoping I can get a replacement if required.
The Torque is more expensive than other mini vacuum options but I feel it was worth it as it does such a great job. You ‘ll always want to keep it charged and handy.
My mum wants one now for her unit in a retirement village.

I purchased this cleaning utensil to carry in my caravan. It is compact and a great asset when cleaning the van. It packs a lot of power and is able to access hard to get to places on the van.

Item arrived quickly.
Has a cheap plastic look and feel.
Instructions followed, as per booklet, for charging and use.
Vacuum in either the suck/blow function worked for approximately 5 minutes, advertised as working up to 30 minutes.
The power/force doesn't seem to reflect their claims either.
Return/refunds has been a pain, slow response time, constant follow up. I ended up claiming a refund through my bank.
