They are total scam. I played couple of times and it was okay with the deposit, but when I submitted a withdraw request they said they will process it and its been 20 days now - nothing. Every day I write to the support - they say they will update me once they have response from their finance team ...... lol TOTAL SCAM

I have been playing on Toshi-bet for about 2 years. It was going well. I was cashing out consistently. Now two days ago, I made a deposit via bitcoin, to my Toshibet wallet, the transaction cleared, but the deposit has not shown up on my Toshi-bet account for almost 2 days. Blockchain explorer shows the transaction confirmed for almost two days and it still not showing up on Toshi-bet. I texted customer service twice and they seemed upset that I texted them twice....well my funds is missing, how do you expect me to respond?..happily? I have learned never ever deposit big funds on any website, better to play in person. It was only about $200, but still $200 is $200

I couldn't log in to my account 30+days. I asked support what's the reason, because I've only made 1 pre-live bet on NFL. I didn't receive any explanation about this situaion.

Hello, my nickname on toshi.bet is atbufsoftcyc outlook.com. I made a deposit on October 6, 2025. Then I tried to place a bet, but it didn't work and the money was debited from my balance. So, there was some kind of bug on the website. I tried contacting support, but they refuse to refund me, even though the error was clearly on their end. I don't recommend this website.

Very bad support
Got locked out of my account, took 2 days for them to give me a short answer that it was closed.
I asked them why, got answer 1 day after.
Only short answers, wont give me another update after 2 days if i will ever get my money from what i had.
Just says that i have to wait for more answers, same answer just wait.
Rip my money, my loyalty for the site. It was good before it turned into every other casino.
