It was relatively simple to buy the insurance cover. But, the real test would be if I had to make a claim, which I hope I don't have to do. I'm crossing my fingers that the insurer does what it claims to do, if/when needed.

Luckily I saw their ad in a paper, had been getting some seriously silly quotes as we are people of a certain age with the various ailments associated with that age, full worldwide cover with cruise met our needs at the best price I have found, happy to be on auto renewal, certainly recommend

Good level of cover at a fair price
The website was easy to navigate. I was given the opportunity to have a paper copy of my insurance cover agreement as well as on line access. There were clear steps to follow and plenty of information about the different types of cover.
