The company is not clear that the…

The company is not clear that the syrange is comming without a niddle. I have opened the syrange ready to use, only to find out that i cannot use it, and that i cannot save the product till i purchase the right needles.
Then , they told me that if i ask for a refund they will not allow me to buy from them! Isnt this rude? They also blocked my ability to share a review on their platform, so others will know that you need to purchase a seperate needles for their product. I have looked into other companies and can see that they do say - no niddle included!

I’m originally from Paris

I’m originally from Paris, France and now live in Los Angeles, California, at first I wasn’t certain that they were legit and their products were legit but yet after reading lots of reviews I decided to give it a shot and buy few things from them , best thing I ever done, their customer service is just perfect , reliable, knowledgeable and very kind & their products… well let’s say that I cannot live without it rn , amazing quality even better than certain known brands !

Fast Shipping, Great Service, and Excellent Products!

I had an excellent experience shopping with this company. The products are exactly as described, the customer service is outstanding, and their communication throughout the entire process was prompt and professional.
I was also impressed by the care they put into packaging my order. The shipping was incredibly fast—my order arrived just 14 hours after I placed it!
Overall, this was a flawless experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be ordering from them again. Thank you for the exceptional service!
