The whole process was quick
I ordered my order one day and my order was delivered the next day, I couldn't believe how quick the order was processed.

I ordered the vapes online & Lewis…
I ordered the vapes online & Lewis called me from their store to explain that they didn’t have one of the flavours I requested. He was very friendly & helpful, I made a mistake on the order. He told me that they’d send the vapes to me, which I thought was very generous of him.
I would highly recommend Touch of Vape, very helpful & friendly service.

It appears you placed your order with us on Monday the 11th August at 3pm. As you will be able to see on our Deliveries page 2:30pm is our cut off point for deliveries so you're order will have been sent out on the 12th August. You'll also be able to see that Standard Shipping is Royal Mail Tracked 48 which has a lead time of 2-3 business days.
Despite at time of writing your order still being within that 2-3 business day window, we unfortunately, have no control over the operations of Royal Mail and feel this review may be misdirected. We have checked your tracking code and can confirm it is at a local mail centre and will be with you shortly.

I order a lot by post as I am unable to get to store sometimes and my order normally takes only a few days to come, you are emailed to be informed when it will be delivered and it came by Royal Mail, huge variety of juices and products online and instore
