It's really good. Firstly, there isn't any industrial type taste like there was in the Factor meals. secondly, the ingredients are fresher and in more appealing combination than Thistle. Third -- the calorie counts and macros are healthier than Cook Unity. It's fresh food that tastes like a good friend made it. My only quibble is that for the chicken enchilada, they need to include a small serving of salsa or something else "wet" (not just the sour cream) because the inside is a little dry.

We've only been using Tough Cookies for a couple of weeks, but already notice a huge difference from other companies. The food is very high quality and tasty and the customer service is excellent! I reported a problem with our first delivery and someone reached out and CALLED ME within minutes and the problem was resolved that same day. Prices are very reasonable for meals that only need to be reheated.

Every single meal has been so delicious - really diverse menu w so many options on proteins. Easy to track macros & calories w the info on top of the lid. It’s hard to find healthy, flavorful & easy meal deliveries. They also are mindful with packaging as well as use cooler bags which you leave out to be recycled with the next delivery!

I am super busy and have little time to cook. I was looking for healthy food that was flavorful and that would be on the table in minutes. Tough Cookies checks all the boxes. That’s why I’ve been ordering meals from them practically every week for at least 2 years. There’s so much variety, I am never bored and I have never had a bad meal. Great good and customer service.

Very affordable meal delivery service. Quality control could use work, had undercooked rice, potatoes and over cooked chicken. Steak was very fatty and never received notifications for delivery so food sat outside for an unknown amount of time. Some of the meals were fantastic but half didn’t get eaten.

Allie is amazing to work with! I’m currently using their Weight Loss Program. Great meals at an affordable price. Great communication from start to finish, placing an order, questions if I have them, updates on when delivery is expected and upon delivery.

I devote a lot of time to health and nutrition, but in order to best support my fitness routine I had to spend hours of my weekend prepping meals for the week. Using Tough Cookies has allowed me to focus my attention on other areas of interest, or even just enjoy my free time. Each meal has been great and the staff has been attentive to all of my inquiries, but I'd say the best part about this service is the piece of mind it gives me knowing a routine that took anywhere from 4 to 6 hours is being handled for me.

Another important factor for me at least is the dedication to cutting out plastic waste by using compostable containers and nylon bags. I've used other meal delivery services but was always left with a feeling of guilt as I sifted through all the plastic delivery materials.
