Seriously cannot fault these guys. We had a 10day trip booked in South Africa, staying at Kruger Gate hotel and my word, what an amazing experience.
Not only was the hotel fabulous, the staff were, the food was, the excursions were great. The itinerary was carefully thought out, flights handled, transfers arrange. Everything happened as expected, without a hitch and I am seriously impressed as I am usually the one who has to arrange all of this.
It seemed too good to be true but it is not! Its very true.
Thank you Catriona Hodge at TourCompass for being amazing!
Would definitely recommend and will be book another holiday with you guys in the future.

Amazing service from Tour Compass, we had a great trip for family of 4 (2 adults and kids aged 14 and 12).
Lovely size of tour group.
Great mix of trips included and self directed days.
Local guides were absolutely amazing, helpful, friendly and kind.
International flights included in the trip, made everything really straightforward and easy to book - really simplifies it all. We later changed our flights due to the war in middle- east and TC handled this so well - communicative, responsive, helpful and kind.
I highly valued this companies attitude to us the customer, it was a really good experience to book with them.

Wonderful Fly Drive Tour of Costa Rica
Our fly drive holiday in Costa Rica was a wonderful experience. We found the package to be good value, and pretty much everything went according to plan. Anything that was not quite right was immediately resolved by the local excursion providers or hoteliers. I have already recommended TourCompass to friends and colleagues.

Great company to use
Holiday was stress free as didn’t have to plan/book anything. Everyone was very informative and happy to answer any questions I had. When booking had to change dates and was not a problem. 100% made holiday much better not having think about everything.

Eleven out of ten
We have just had the most amazing 2 weeks in Brazil. Everything from the booking process, the travel arrangements, tour guides and extra tours was excellent, everything ran so smoothly, the guides were friendly and knowledgeable. Brazil is a fantastic country to visit, would highly recommended booking and would recommend TourCompass. 11 out of 10. Just brilliant.

5 Star Thailand Tour
5 Star Thailand Tour
Just arrived home after a fantastic north to south tour of Thailand, which was booked through TourCompass.
I admit I was nervous about how it would work out, but I had no need to worry at all! From arriving through to departure we were so well looked after, the local guides knowledgeable, friendly and they took such great care to ensure we had the best experience. Locally employed guides is such a wonderful and important part of the tour - for example our cycle tour guide Gunn, took us for an impromptu visit to a local market for traditional coffee and fried banana, carefully explaining the culture and teaching us a couple of phrases. Lunch at the women’s prison education and training centre in Chiang Mai was inspirational, the night train to Bangkok was a real highlight and as for the jungle experience - wow watching elephants on a night safari with a personal guide from a long tail boat? Wow - just wow!
I’m glad I took a leap of faith and booked this holiday, I can promise it will not be the last with TourCompass they really deliver and deserve 5 star recognition.

Asia Tour with Tour Compass
It's the first time we have used Tour Compass and we weren't disappointed. They organised our tour around dates we provided them and each step of the way was expertly carried out. The booking, the details on the itinerary, the activities we undertook and the guides. Couldn't fault them at all.

Our flights from Singapore to London…
Our flights from Singapore to London via Doha were cancelled due to the tangerine toddlers war. Tour Compass kept us fully informed, sorted out an extra nights stay and had a viable set of flights for our return. The flights were a bit long winded but with only a 24hr delay Tour Compass did great. Many were stranded for days/weeks.
Our holiday In Malaya, Borneo and Singapore was a bit of a custom job from TC and was fantastic. Our guides were very good and knowledgable, the excursions were good, the hotels were clean and of a good standard. Can't fault them really. We have used before and will do so again.

Thailand tour
Recently returned from Thailand tour. Tour compass we’re amazing. Everything on the trip went to plan. Also we had flights cancelled due to the unrest. Emirates offered different flights but still going via Dubai. Tour compass took over changed our flight plan and gave us an extra night in our hotel. Much safer route home. Many thanks to Liam. Will definitely use them again.

14 day holiday to Costa Rica
14 day holiday to Costa Rica. I only have positive things to say about TourCompass and their Costa Rican partner Ecole. Our holiday plans all went perfectly and all our hotels exceeded our expectations. Wouldn’t hesitate to travel with them again.

We went to Costa Rica with TourCompass and they were excellent. Their mobile App was very helpful and we used it regularly. Their partner in country were also on the ball. We had a great with everything exactly as they said.

Faultless holiday experience - despite a war breaking out
We've been on two trips with Tourcompass now, to Vietnam and this time to Sri Lanka, and both times were flawless. Easy to book, clear communication in the lead up to them, and then local guides, drivers, hotels, excursions all just run like clockwork. Every hotel in both countries has been great. Everything happens exactly as they say it will.
Our honeymoon in Sri Lanka could have been marred by the chaos of the Iran war and all the cancelled flights - other tourists in the various hotels were panicking as the flights were being cancelled; Tourcompass reached out to reassure us and within a couple of days had an alternative flightplan booked, our hotel stays extended, no additional cost.
When things go to plan they're excellent, and when things go wrong they handle it. What more could I ask? We will be booking again in the future.
