Always kept me informed as my package traveled from their location to mine, Illinois, in the United States. If I had a question, they would always respond to my emails in a timely manner. When I received my Taylor Swift sweatshirt, I was very happy in the quality and craftsmanship of the product. Highly recommended. I would surely do additional business with them in the future.
I absolutely love my Ed Sheeran sneakers! They were affordable & look great. I was a bit unsure about delivery as I had trouble with tracking but I had received an email advising my order had been sent & I happily received the delivery within a very acceptable time. Thank you so much!

Product was a cheapened down version of what you see on the site, but as it still appears to match the description you can't get a refund?

Really disappointing quality for a disproportionate amount of money.
Customer service deflected real issue constantly by telling me how upset they were at my dissatisfaction but did nothing helpful emerged.
It became too late to reorder a new product due to timings.
I would not recommend this company or it products.
