Excellent customer service
I contacted Towelrads customer services by telephone on 6th May2026 regarding a rusting towels rail which I had purchased online through Wickes in 2023.The rail was covered by a 10 year guarantee. I was asked to submit photos of the rail and proof of purchased via email. I emailed the required information on 6th May 2026 and received an email from Sarah on 7th May2026 informing me that a replacement rail would be delivered on 8th May 2026. My replacement rail has indeed arrived as stated on 8th May. Excellent customer service. Thank you Sarah and Towelrads.
