The folks at the local Tower Loan have been extremely easy to work with. They are considerate and kind, yet very professional. We have been doing business with Tower Loan for some time now and hope to keep a healthy relationship.
My only concern is with the last transaction that occurred, there was a miscommunication about the amount of funds that we were to receive. The individual doing the initial processing led us to believe we were going to receive a larger disbursement than we received.
At the time we had 2 loans with Tower Loan and it was our intention to pay off the smaller of the 2 loans with the money received, yet when we went to complete the transaction, we were informed that Tower Loan removed that option from us and the refinance was to cover the larger of the 2 loans with the remaining balance issued to us.
We were disappointed and almost walked away from the transaction, but due to our situation, we went ahead and completed the refinance.
