Nathan was really knowledgeable ad explained all about Trusts, and in no time at all he had everything set up. You can tell when someone knows what they're on about, and he did. Also, very efficient in sorting it out.

Our experience with Town and Country was mixed, but ultimately disappointing. What we expected to be a straightforward wills and estate planning process took around eight months, with a number of delays and communication issues along the way.

The wills themselves were completed correctly. However, we found the trust documentation difficult to follow, with complex legal language, and despite being offered a layman’s explanation, this was not provided. The trust documents also did not fully reflect our understanding and required clarification.

There were occasions where follow-ups were needed to obtain updates, and some communication delays added to the overall timeline.

While there were efforts made towards the end to move things forward, we did not feel fully confident in the process. As a result, we would not choose to use or recommend this service.
