If there's something you should know about it, she'll tell you. If she feels something isn't up to the mark, she simply doesn't sell it.

This is probably THE only place I've never had a bad purchasing experience because I always know exactly what I'm getting, to a T, from the word go.

What's even more amazing is how much she genuinely cares. If you've requested something that isn't currently in stock, or isn't available in good condition, she'll note it down and somehow remember it even months later. Then, as soon as it becomes available, she'll let you know. If you want something but can't buy it immediately, she'll even hold it for you. Like seriously... who does that these days?
