I purchased a pair of shoes under the impression they were genuine New Balance products. However, upon inspection, it is clear that the items are not authentic and were sold via a misleading website designed to imitate the official brand. This constitutes a "not as described" product and a violation of consumer protection standards. To resolve this matter, I requested, with no success, full refund with Prepaid Return.

Product komt uit NL magazijn maar retour moet naar China voor €30+. Proberen je af te kopen met kleine percentages (20%/40%). Reageren niet meer op mail."

Ik heb schoenen besteld( dacht van new balance maar het bleek om een namaak variant te gaan)
Duurde ruim 2 weken voordat de bestelling binnen was.
Ik wil dit artikel retour sturen maar het blijkt een adres in China te zijn en de kosten zijn voor jezelf.
Mijn advies..bestel hier niet!!

Bestelling pas na 2wk in huis, blijkt uit China te komen, dropshipping. Daarbij probeer ik al 1.5wk lang contact te krijgen voor het retourneren. Maar 0 reactie.

Double commande alors que je n’ai validé qu’un paiement… je me retrouve avec deux jeux et deux paiements différents…
On m’annonce que les jeux sont en transit depuis le 12 mars et rien de plus.

Delivery took forever!!! The watch finally arrived and looked decent. But as weve got the watch going its saying my 9 year old has done 50,000 steps a day (not a chance!!!) and the location is terrible saying he is about 3/4 miles away from home 🙈 when hes 3 doors down at his friends 🤣 DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! 🙏

Faire très attention, car si l'article ne vous convient pas il faut le renvoyer à vos frais en chine (compter 40 euros de frais de réexpédition) mais même en le renvoyant sur une adresse postale ou personne ne réceptionne le colis vous devez insister pour être remboursé. A ce jour nous n'avons pas reçu de remboursement. Au prix des jeux je déconseille d'utiliser ce site.

Wir hatten 2 Spielzeug-Transformer zu Weihnachten bestellt. Der Versand dauerte über 2 Wochen (ohne dass uns überhaupt ein voraussichtliches Zustelldatum mitgeteilt wurde).

Die Spielzeuge sind absolute Billigware mit schlechter Anleitung und komplett ungeeignet für Kinder.

Der Kundenservice ist vollkommen unterirdisch. Antworten erfolgen nur sporadisch. Retourekosten werden nicht übernommen. Stattdessen soll man an eine chinesische Adresse auf eigene Kosten rückversenden. Kann sich jeder selbst ausrechnen wie sinnvoll das ist.

Alles in allem für mich in allerlei Hinsicht der schlechteste online-Shop, bei dem ich bisher bestellte.

Ich kann jeden nur raten einen ganz weiten Bogen um diesen Shop zu machen.

Knuffel van 35eur is op hun website heel mooi, in realiteit kleine kermis rommel! De knuffel is echt zo een slechte kwaliteit en voor dat geld? Wanneer ik vraag om te retourneren kan dit op eigen kosten naar een adres in China!!!!
Ik bestel er nooit meer. Ze mogen hun Chinese rommel houden!!

They mention 7-9 days on the website (6-7 business days) to deliver the goods after ordering but after an email inquiry they say 10 to 12 business days, making it up to 2,5 weeks AFTER processing the order, usually 48 hours. The shipper is... Yun Express, making Toynation an ordinary dropshipper, delivering straight from China. So mentioning 6-7 business days while in reality it is twice as long is deceitful, when you state on the website the articles are 'in stock'. In stock in China probably.

Second: the toys coming straight from China, they avoid the stringent EU consumer laws about using of plasticizers and toy safety. This shop is a major RED FLAG.
