Was extremely hesitant at first as I was unaware of this shop. But they delivered my package perfectly and swiftly. Thanks to them I finally have a figure I have been searching for at a great price. Would buy from them again!

Box a little damaged but everything was in tact

The figures arrived quite timely, with the sufficient packaging and a few extra gifts of the brand's merch (tote bag, regular one, and face masks) in addition to the free figures gained through the current deal. So of the figures' own boxes bear some signs of being opened (Qposket ones) - but due to the nature of the shop and the fact that the innermost packaging was undamaged and the figures themself remained original and not tampered with, I assume it was to perform the check that they were exactly that.
There was also a handwritten letter enclosed, which was incredibly sweet and thoughtful.
All in all, with the low price of eight pounds for the shipping of a rather big package (8 figures, one of them quite large in its 50 cm tall box), the incredible deal on the figures inside, and the extra presents and personal touch, I can not claim to be anything but thoroughly satisfied.

Excellent customer service and great value for money. The Demon Slayer and Spy x Family Q Posket figures are of excellent quality, and although I encountered a minor issue, it was resolved promptly and efficiently. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and I’ll definitely be back for more. Highly recommended!
